A method for manufacturing a vehicle wheel includes: a casting process of manufacturing the wheel in a one-piece body having a forming end and a temporary flange protruding at inner and outer sides of the wheel, respectively, wherein the one-piece body further includes a resonance chamber forming groove; a primary shape machining process of forming a stepped part at an outer circumferential side of the resonance chamber forming groove; a flow forming process of bending the forming end to be seated on the stepped part; a friction stir welding process of integrally bonding a portion where the forming end and the stepped part are in close contact with each other; a fine machining process of removing the temporary flange; and a sound-absorbing hole machining process of forming a sound-absorbing hole for communicating between the resonance chamber and an interior space of a tire in the forming end.

METHOD AND DEVICE FOR SPIN FORMING
The invention relates to a method and a device for spin forming, wherein a workpiece is set in rotation by means of a spindle and at least one outer roller is positioned at an outer side of the workpiece. With material thinning, an axially extending lateral region of the workpiece is shaped. According to the invention, it is provided that at least one inner roller is positioned at an inner side of the workpiece by means of an inner support, which is displaceable axially and radially relative to the axis of rotation independently of the outer roller. By means of a CNC control unit, the inner support with the inner roller and an outer support with the outer roller are displaced individually, wherein there is formed at the lateral region a defined wall thickness profile with different wall thicknesses between the at least one outer roller and the at least one inner roller.

The adjusting cylinder is restarted, and the outer rim fillets can be dressed when the distance between first and second cutters for dressing wheel outer rim fillets is adjusted to an appropriate position and under the cooperation of the rotating wheel.
