Oral Care Implement
An oral care implement including a handle and a head. The oral care implement may be formed entirely out of a resilient or flexible material. The head may include a base structure and a monolithic cleaning unit. The monolithic cleaning unit may include a block portion extending from a front surface of the base structure and a plurality of protuberances extending from a distal end of the block portion. The block portion may have a greater height than the protuberances. The protuberances may include central protuberances that extend from a distal surface of the block portion and peripheral protuberances that surround the block portion and extend from the front surface of the base structure. The monolithic cleaning unit may include ribs extending between adjacently positioned protuberances. The oral care implement may be suitable for babies.

The invention provides a comfort aid (10) for a baby, toddler, or child, wherein the comfort aid (10) comprises a soother (11) and a fascia (12). The soother comprises a shield (20) and the fascia (12) overlies at least a part of the shield (20). The fascia (12) is configured to grip at least a part of an edge of the shield (20).

A pacifier securement device is provided. The pacifier securement device is adapted to secure a pacifier, of any kind, in a fabric-stuffed elongated tube providing a pacifier compartment with a snap closure to hold the pacifier to a proximal end of the tube. The proximal end snaps and unsnaps to allow for replacement and interchangeability as well as removal of the pacifier for washing and keeping the pacifier sanitary. The device is long enough so that the present invention is able to be snapped, zipped, or tucked into the child's clothing, strapped into the buckles of a car seat or stroller, bundled in a blanket, or snuggled by the infant, while keeping the secured pacifier within oral reach.
EDIBLE CHEW FOR A HUMAN CHILD AND METHODS OF MAKING AND USING THE EDIBLE CHEW
An edible chew is formulated for oral consumption by a human child and includes an expanded pre-gelatinized cereal flour matrix. A method of (i) providing teething support to a human child who is teething and/or (ii) soothing, calming and/or delivering an active ingredient to a human child can include administering the edible chew to the human child. Methods of making the edible chew are provided, for example by modified extrusion; and also a system including the edible chew and further including a holder configured to attach to the edible chew; a product including a packaging and further including the edible chew; and a product including a container housing a plurality of the edible chews, and the plurality of edible chews are individually packaged.

The top and bottom sections of the flat appendage define a plurality of protuberances.
