SCREW-TYPE REBAR JOINT STRUCTURE OF DEFORMED REBAR AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
A threaded reinforcing bar coupling structure comprises a pair of reinforcing bars and a tubular coupler connecting the pair of reinforcing bars. Each of the reinforcing bars is a deformed reinforcing bar having spiral node portions on an outer periphery of a reinforcing bar main body having a round shaft shape. A cylindrical portion with node portions removed is formed on an end portion of the reinforcing bar, and a male threaded portion is formed on the cylindrical portion. The male threaded portion has hardness or tensile strength greater than that of a remaining portion of the reinforcing bar. The pair of reinforcing bars is connected by the screw tubular coupler that is screwed onto the male threaded portions.

Binding machine
A binding machine includes a body part, a feeding unit configured to feed a wire, a first guide extending in a first direction from an end portion on one side of the body part, configured to guide the wire fed by the feeding unit, and having a first induction part provided on a tip end-side in the first direction, a second guide spaced from the first guide with an interval, in which a binding object is inserted, in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction, and configured to guide the wire fed by the feeding unit, and a twisting unit configured to twist the wire. The first induction part is constituted by a surface inclined in a direction in which the interval between the first guide and the second guide decreases from a tip end-side toward a base end-side of the first induction part in the first direction.
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR MAKING WIRE BASKETS
A device and method for making a wire basket, the device having a spinning fixture with a top plate with an outer periphery, arms attached at a top end at the periphery of the top plate and projecting downwardly, such that bottom ends of the arms collectively form a circular arrangement having a diameter greater than the diameter of the top plate, a means for guiding wire onto the spinning fixture such that the wire is wound onto the spinning fixture in a preselected pattern, and contacts to maintain the wire onto the spinning fixture in preselected locations, and the method including providing an apparatus for delivery of wire through a wire feed and for translating the wire feed lineally along a traverse, providing a spinning fixture for winding wire thereon, and winding a preselected pattern of wire onto the spinning fixture by translating the wire feed along the transverse.

REBAR TYING TOOL
A rebar tying tool may include a controller configured to selectively execute one of a plurality of control modes including a single-action control mode and a repetitive-action control mode. While the controller executes the single-action control mode, a tying mechanism may perform a tying operation in response to an activation of a manipulation member by a user. While the controller executes the repetitive-action control mode, the tying mechanism may perform the tying operation in response to a detection of the at least one of rebars by a detection mechanism.
Binding machine
A binding machine includes: a holding portion configured to hold a tip end side of a cured wire rod; a feed unit configured to hold a base end side of the wire rod, the tip end side of which is held by the holding portion, such that the base end side of the wire rod is able to be fed out; a twisting unit configured to twist the wire rod; and a control unit configured to control the feed unit and the twisting unit. The control unit is configured to control the feed unit to feed the wire rod when detecting a first signal, and is configured to control the twisting unit to twist the wire rod when detecting a second signal.
Binding machine
It provides a reinforcing bar binding machine which reduces restrictions on a moving direction of the reinforcing bar binding machine in an operation of pulling out a reinforcing bar bound with a wire. A reinforcing bar binding machine (1A) includes a curl guide unit (5A) that winds a wire (W) around a reinforcing bar (S), a wire feeding unit (3A) that feeds the wire (W), and a binding unit (7A) that twists crossing portions between one end and the other end of the wire (W) wound around the reinforcing bar (S). The curl guide unit (5A) includes a first guide unit (50) that curls the wire (W) fed by the feeding unit (3A) and a second guide unit (51) that guides the wire (W) fed from the first guide unit (50) to the binding unit (7A), and the second guide unit (51) includes a fixed guide unit (54) that restricts a position in a radial direction of the wire (W) wound around the reinforcing bar (S) and a movable guide unit (55) that restricts a position in an axial direction of the wire (W) wound around the reinforcing bar (S).
