Device for interfacing a fluid injection instrument with a puncturable flask and method for use thereof
The invention concerns an interfacing device (1) intended to connect a fluid injection instrument and a puncturable flask (2), comprising: a base (10) suitable for connecting the interfacing device (1) to the fluid injection instrument, an attachment means for attaching (20) the base (10) to the puncturable flask (2), arranged at a distal end (1a) of the interfacing device (1),
characterized in that the attachment means for attaching (20) has a divergent proximal end (21) forming a shoulder and a convergent distal end (22) suitable for facilitating the penetration of the attachment means for attaching (20) into the puncturable flask (2).
CONTROLLED NON-CLASSIFIED FILLING DEVICE AND METHOD
An injection member penetrates an elastic septum of a device defining a sealed, empty, sterile chamber in fluid communication with the septum. During penetrating, an annular interface is formed between the septum and the injection member extending axially between a penetration point on an interior surface of the septum in fluid communication with the sterile chamber, and an exterior surface of the septum engaging the injection member. The injection member is de-contaminated by (i) friction between the septum and injection member at the annular interface, and (ii) elongation of the septum at the annular interface. A substance is introduced through the injection member and into the sterile chamber of the device, the injection member is then withdrawn from the septum, the septum reseals itself at the resulting penetration aperture, and the chamber is maintained sterile throughout the foregoing steps.
Devices and methods for transferring fluid to or from a vial
In certain embodiments, a vial adaptor for removing liquid contents from a vial comprises a housing and a bag. In some embodiments, an initial volume of a regulating fluid can be contained within the bag. In some embodiments, the regulating fluid flows into the vial as liquid is removed from the vial via the adaptor, thereby regulating pressure within the vial. In some embodiments, a vial adaptor is coupled with the vial in order to remove the liquid. In some embodiments, as the liquid is removed from the vial via the adaptor, the bag expands, and in other embodiments, the bag contracts.

Devices for accessing medicinal fluid from a container
In certain embodiments, a vial adaptor for removing liquid contents from a vial comprises a piercing member and a bag. The bag can be contained within the piercing member such that the bag is introduced to the vial when the vial adaptor is coupled with the vial. In some embodiments, the bag expands within the vial as liquid is removed from the vial via the adaptor, thereby regulating pressure within the vial. In other embodiments, a vial comprises a bag for regulating pressure within the vial as liquid is removed therefrom. In some embodiments, a vial adaptor is coupled with the vial in order to remove the liquid. In some embodiments, as the liquid is removed from the vial via the adaptor, the bag expands within the vial, and in other embodiments, the bag contracts within the vial.
