PRESS DIE
A press die includes: a die base; a plurality of die members arranged on the die base so as to produce a forming surface; a plurality of shims each of which is interposed between the die base and each of the plurality of die members; and a frame that surrounds the die base, the plurality of die members, and the plurality of shims. Each of the plurality of shims has a hardness higher than the plurality of die members. A regulating means that carries out a regulation so that an amount of displacement of each of the plurality of die members caused by pressure applied during press forming becomes smaller in proportion to proximity of the die member to the frame is provided between the die base and the plurality of die members or provided on the die base.

Sheet metal dent repair tool exchange handle
A sheet metal dent repair hook exchange handle including a hand grip; and a handle element coupling, wherein the handle element coupling includes a receiver for a coupling element that is connectable or connected with a shaft of a sheet metal dent repair hook, and a locking arrangement for a disengageable support of the coupling element against an unintentional axial movement out of the handle element coupling, and an arresting arrangement for a disengage able support of the coupling element in an inner teething arranged in the handle element coupling. The locking arrangement includes locking devices that engage a recess in a portion of the cylindrical coupling element which portion is insertable into the handle element coupling.

Swaging die holder
The present invention discloses a swaging die holder for the flexible shaft operations. In the preferred embodiment, the swaging die holder comprises of an elliptical die holder slot, a stress relief slot, a radius curve, a recess and an insert. The die holder slot at top of the die holder allows each die holder to mount to the machine. The insert is adapted through the recess at the bottom of each die holder and designed to produce the different output profiles at the end of the flexible shaft. The insert is made of HSS material with cobalt content to achieve optimal life. The insert is further re-grinded or re-sharpened for same or other profile applications of the flexible shaft.

JOINING MEANS
In the invention, a joining means having a ram tool, a countertool and a holder with an opening to accommodate the ram tool or the countertool, is described. The two tools are arranged coaxial with each other at different ends of a C-bracket. The holder comprises at least one plane contact surface arranged on the outer surface of the holder, resting in contact with at least one plane face of the corresponding end of the C-bracket and detachably fastened thereto. Between the contact surface and the face, at least one interlay is arranged, determining the information and/or the distance of the contact surface from the face.

Forging die device
A forging die device is provided with an upper die 10 and a lower die 20. At least one die 10 (20) of the upper die 10 and the lower die 20 has a die holder 12 (22) which surrounds the outer periphery of the die 10 (20) and holds the die 10 (20). The die holder 12 (22) is configured to bear the radial tensile stress (tensile force) received by the die 10 (20) during forging. By this means, the die 10 (20) can be miniaturized.
