SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DISTRIBUTING ROSIN AND OTHER VISCOUS MATERIALS
Systems, devices, and methods are disclosed for pen that distributes viscous plant material, such as rosin, from a cartridge. The pen receives, from a button, input corresponding to a first control instruction. The pen has a motor configured to receive the first control instruction from the controller and, in response, drive a spindle that linearly displaces a plunger, wherein the linear displacement of the plunger causes plant material to be pushed out of a nozzle of the pen. The pen cartridge includes a rubber plug configured to be linearly displaced by the plunger to cause rosin to be disturbed from the cartridge.
Medicine removal detection system
A medicine removal detection system is provided that includes a medication device and a storage member in a sheet shape storing the medication device. The medication device includes medicine, a secondary battery, and a signal transmission unit that transmits a signal indicating a state of the secondary battery. The storage member includes the electric current supply line for supplying an electric current to the secondary battery of the medication device, and is configured such that a supply environment of an electric current to the secondary battery changes when the medication device is taken out. The signal transmission unit transmits a signal indicating a state change of the secondary battery based on a change in the supply environment of an electric current to the secondary battery of the storage member.
Devices, systems, and methods for sensing the opening of pharmaceutical bottles
A system for sensing use of a pharmaceutical bottle may include a housing, a sensing plate mechanically coupled to the housing by a flexible expansion member, an activation plate mechanically coupled to the sensing plate, an electronic contact on the housing, an electrical circuit formed by the contact on the housing and the activation plate, an indicator configured to indicate use of the pharmaceutical bottle, a user interface configured to receive user input to control the indicator, and a processor and memory with instruction that when execute by the processor cause the system to determine that the pharmaceutical bottle has been used based on a change in the electrical circuit.
Devices for tracking opening and closing of containers
Systems and devices for tracking the opening and closing of a container are provided. According to an aspect of the invention, a device includes a body that is configured to be inserted between a container and a cap that is configured to seal the container, a sensor that is configured to measure a state of the cap as being opened or closed, a microprocessor that is configured to receive a signal from the sensor that represents the state of the cap, and a transmitter that is configured to send a message that indicates the state of the cap.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR THE VERIFICATION OF MEDICATION
Systems and methods for verifying proper possession of a medication are disclosed. A reader device scans a code printed on the medication to extract an embedded serial number. The reader device captures biometric information of a person in possession of the medication. A first server queries a prescription database, which retrieves biometric characteristic data associated with the embedded serial number. A determination is made if the retrieved biometric characteristic data matches biometric characteristic data. The match information is displayed on the reader device.
Medication intelligent device
A medical intelligent device is for use with a medical jar. The medical jar defines an accommodating space for containing at least one medicine. The medication intelligent device includes a cover and an auxiliary medicine deliver. The cover is detachably mounted on the medical jar. The auxiliary medicine deliver is disposed on the cover and includes a main control chip and a medicine delivery gate electrically connected to the main control chip. The main control chip is used to move the gate between a closed position and an opened position relative to the cover. In the closed position, the medicine delivery gate closes the accommodating space. In the opened position, the medicine delivery gate opens the accommodating space.
MEDICATION SUPPORT DEVICE
A medication support device includes a container that stores multiple medicine packs stacked on top of each other in layers, a pickup device to pick up a specific one of the multiple medicine packs from the container, a conveyor to convey the specific one of the multiple medicine packs picked up by the pickup device, a medicine dispenser to arrange the specific one of the multiple medicine packs conveyed by the conveyor, and a pack passing-through portion disposed on a bottom of the container. In the medication support device, the specific one of the multiple medicine packs picked up by the pickup device passes through the pack passing-through portion, and the pack passing-through portion has multiple support portions that support the multiple medicine packs. In the medication support device, the multiple support portions are fixation members fixed to the pack passing-through portion, and the multiple support portions vary in shape.
Systems and methods for medication dispenser
Disclosed are systems and methods for a pill dispenser system. The dispenser system includes a dispenser software application that manages the administration of pills to a patient. The pills can be stored in multiple compartments of a hopper. The hopper includes openings in the bottom of each compartment. A disc below the hopper has openings that correspond to the hopper openings, but are offset, keeping the pills in each compartment. The hopper and the disc move together to index a compartment above a dispensing cup. The hopper moves in the opposite direction, without the disc, creating a dispensing aperture, where a pill is dropped onto an elevator. The elevator lowers the pill and drops it into a dispensing cup.
Gripper for a picking device and method for operating the picking device
Grippers for a picking device for drug packages and methods for operating the picking device are provided. The gripper has a tray table extending in a first and a second horizontal direction with an end portion with an arcuate front extending in the second direction, the end portion forming the loading and unloading front and wherein the tray table and the end portion define an upper bearing surface. The gripper further includes a transport device arranged above the tray table and movable in the first horizontal direction for moving drug packages from a horizontal storage surface onto the tray table, and at least one sensor coupled to a control device and arranged in the end portion below the bearing surface and capable of determining the presence of a drug package in its detection area.
PLATELET LYSATE PRODUCTION METHOD, PRODUCTION SYSTEM, AND BAG SET
Provided are a method for producing a platelet lysate, a production system, and a bag set capable of efficiently producing a platelet lysate with a simple device structure. According to the method for producing a platelet lysate, by which a platelet lysate (PL) that contains a growth factor contained in platelet is produced, buffy coat is collected from whole blood; the buffy coat (BC) is centrifuged to extract a supernatant, thereby collecting a platelet concentrate from which leukocyte has been removed; and, prior to freezing, the platelet concentrate is centrifuged to remove the supernatant, thereby preparing a highly concentrated platelet concentrate. The highly concentrated platelet concentrate is then frozen and thawed, and further centrifuged to recover the platelet lysate.
