A circular carousel is disposed to rotate within the housing. The carousel extends beyond the edge and outwardly facing recesses disposed on the carousel line up with an opening disposed through the edge.
DEVICE FOR TRACKING MEDICATION ADHERENCE
Method and system for a medication adherence tracking device of a medication container. The adherence tracking device includes a motion sensor detecting at least a partial rotation of a removable cap of a medication container, the motion sensor being disposed at least partly on the removable cap; and a transmitter transmitting adherence data that indicates a time of removal of the cap from the medication container in accordance with the motion sensor.
SECURE SMART CONTAINER ASSEMBLY, SYSTEMS, AND METHODS
A bin assembly, bin identification system and method are disclosed. A container bin assembly includes a bin body, a latching mechanism, and controller. A method includes receiving, via a communication interface, an authenticated request to access the smart container, actuating an electromechanical latch to disengage a fastening hook, thereby initiating a mechanical movement of an access component to make an internal compartment accessible, outputting, via an audiovisual element, an alert to identify the container, confirming that the electromechanical latch has re-engaged with the fastening hook, thereby securing the internal compartment, determining a change in a local inventory, and updating the local inventory in a non-volatile data store according to the change.
MEDICATION INTELLIGENT DEVICE
A medical intelligent device is for use with a medical jar. The medical jar defines an accommodating space for containing at least one medicine. The medication intelligent device includes a cover and an auxiliary medicine deliver. The cover is detachably mounted on the medical jar. The auxiliary medicine deliver is disposed on the cover and includes a main control chip and a medicine delivery gate electrically connected to the main control chip. The main control chip is used to move the gate between a closed position and an opened position relative to the cover. In the closed position, the medicine delivery gate closes the accommodating space. In the opened position, the medicine delivery gate opens the accommodating space.
Smart lid sleeve systems to facilitate management of notifications and alerts associated with containers
Disclosed herein is a smart lid sleeve system in accordance with some embodiments. Further, the smart lid sleeve system may include a lid sleeve, at least one sensor, a processing device, a storage device, a transmitter, and a power source. Further, the lid sleeve may include a first part and a second part. Further, the at least one sensor disposed on the lid sleeve. Further, the processing device communicatively coupled with the at least one sensor. Further, the processing device may be configured for analyzing the at least one sensor data. Further, the processing device may be configured for generating at least one notification based on the analyzing. Further, the storage device configured for storing the at least one notification. Further, the transmitter communicatively coupled with the processing device. Further, the power source electrically coupled with the at least one sensor, the transmitter, the processing device, and the storage device.
Medication dispensing system
A medication dispensing system is provided with several cooperating components which help to accommodate the responsible handling of medications. These systems include a user interface to receive input from the user and to present appropriate information/notices/alarms. Further, physical controls and multiple sensors are provided to detect tampering, misuse, and attempts to inappropriately access medications contained within the dispensing system. This misuse can thus be detected, and appropriate notifications can be provided, where appropriate. Further, by adding network communications capabilities, notices can be widely communicated to others, and operation of the medication dispensing system can be controlled and/or monitored remotely.
WIRELESS MEDICATION BLISTER PACK SYSTEM AND BLISTER PACK ATTACHMENT
The present disclosure relates to wireless medication blister pack assembly and to a blister pack attachment to be secured to a blister pack assembly. The attachment an electronic card housing for receiving an electronic card which includes electronic components such as card connectors, and a locking system which is configurable between a locked configuration and a releasing configuration. In the locked configuration, the blister pack assembly and the electronic card are connected, with sheet connectors provided on the blister pack assembly and the card connectors being in electronic communication. Such electronic communication allows the electronic components to detect whether a given blister has been detached from the blister pack assembly. In the releasing configuration, the electronic card and the blister pack assembly can be removed from the blister pack attachment, so as to allow the electronic card to be reused with a replacement blister pack assembly.
Reporting Pill Dispenser
Reporting Pill Dispenser for tracking, reminding, and assuring pills regimen execution, includes: container holding plurality of pills prescribed, cap permanently affixed to container, an assembly for the pill regimen management system, and a pill dispensing mechanism. Pill management system, can dispense one pill or one dosage at a time, includes: Pill Dispensing Mechanism controlled by a Microcontroller; a reminder system to inform the User to take pills; and accounting system to keep track of pills in the container, dispensed, and not dispensed; a Bio-Sensor to measure the heart rate, oxygen levels, blood pressure and temperature of the User; a Fingerprint Reader to authenticate the User; all contained in the cap of the Pill Container. The pill management system communicates with a User Database where all the pill regimen information is retained. This User Database provides information to the Physicians, Pharmacy, and Family members the status of the User's pill regimen.
Portable, Reusable Dispensing Assembly Having Multiple Operating Modes
A portable, reusable dispensing assembly having multiple operating modes is provided. The assembly includes a housing having a compartment which is refillable with an elongated medication strip having a plurality of dosage form packages spaced apart along a longitudinal axis of the strip. A bi-directional, electromechanical actuator advances a first end of the strip from the compartment to a dose-ready area in the housing in a dispensing mode of the assembly and loads the strip into the compartment in a loading mode of the assembly. An actuator controller is configured to receive power and direction command signals to controllably supply DC power of a desired polarity to the actuator to control the operating mode of the assembly.
CHEW TOYS FOR CHILDREN
A toy with a ring-shaped body having multiple sections each forming a portion of the ring-shaped body and each having a tubular base portion. At least a first tab projects radially outward from the tubular base portion of a first section of the multiple sections. Surface features protrude from at least one of the first tab and the tubular base portion of at least one of the multiple sections. At least a first pressure sensor is embedded in the first tab and operates to activate a first electrical device in response to pressure applied to the first tab exceeding a pressure threshold. Activation of the first electrical device produces light, or sound, or vibrates.
