Disclosed is a high-temperature alloy pressure casting mold for an impeller and a guide vane. The high-temperature alloy pressure casting mold comprises a casting main pipe, a lower casting pipe, and forming steel mold assemblies, wherein the plurality of forming steel mold assemblies surround the casting main pipe, the casting main pipe is provided with a pressure device, the bottom of the casting main pipe is connected to a casting gate at the bottom of each forming steel mold assembly by means of the lower casting pipe, and casting is carried out using pressure supplied by the main pipe. Further disclosed is a high-temperature alloy pressure casting process for an impeller and a guide vane using the casting mold.

A cooling system for a molding tool or molding machine includes a high-performance coolant, multiple cooling circuits with different coolants flowing along each circuit, and/or a self-contained cooling circuit. The high-performance coolant can include a metallic component in various forms, including a liquid phase metal form. Newly recognized coolant characteristics such as volumetric heat capacity (C.sub.v) can be used to identify suitable coolants. High-performance coolants can be used to reduce molding process cycle times, to spatially equalize the cooling rate of the molding material among different sections of the mold cavity, and/or to help cool other parts of the tool or machine such as a runner or an injection sleeve.

Casting device

In a casting device, positions of discharge ends discharging cooling gas, of respective gas supply nozzles are adjusted in response to movement of a mold. This makes it possible to stably achieve high cooling performance for the mold by blowing of the cooling gas. To adjust the positions of the respective discharge ends, the gas supply nozzles are advanced or retreated, or are expanded or contracted. Further, a cooling chamber may include a radiation cooling portion that cools the mold by radiation, and the radiation cooling portion is disposed below the gas supply nozzles that are provided directly below a heat shielding body partitioning a heating chamber and the cooling chamber.
