An aluminum alloy wheel for a vehicle is provided, which includes: a wheel central portion, a rim portion, and a plurality of radial elements, wherein the aluminum alloy wheel is processed by centrifugal casting and forging to form a central portion with a morphology exhibiting a grain size variation with decreasing gradient in a lateral direction from an inner side of the wheel central portion to an outer side thereof.

Disclosed herein is a casting cluster for casting a body of a golf club head made of titanium or a titanium alloy. The casting cluster comprises a receptor and a plurality of runners coupled to the receptor and configured to receive molten metal from the receptor. The casting cluster also includes at least forty main gates. At least two of the main gates are coupled to each of the runners and each main gate is configured to receive molten metal from a corresponding one of the plurality of runners. The casting cluster further comprises at least forty molds. Each mold of the at least forty molds is configured to receive molten metal from a corresponding one of the main gates and to cast a body of an iron-type golf club head.

The invention relates to a method of producing elongate metal strands or fibres with a crucible, the method comprising the steps of; directing molten metal through a nozzle having a nozzle direction in a deposition direction at a regulated pressure difference between the inside and the outside of the crucible; depositing said molten metal from said nozzle on a rotating planar surface having an axis of rotation; entraining said molten metal in one plane via said rotating planar surface to form elongate metal strands, wherein said rotating surface is aligned at an alignment angle, to the deposition direction during the entraining of the molten metal; cooling said elongate metal strands to form solidified metal strands; and guiding said metal strands to collecting means to collect the solidified metal strands formed on the rotating planar surface.

In addition, the fishing lure includes an inventive through-line element wherein a fishing line can be threaded through the through-line element and attached directly to the hook component. In preferred embodiments, the inventive fishing lure can eliminate the need for an eyelet when securing a fishing line to the fishing lure.

Disclosed herein is a casting cluster for casting a body of a golf club head made of titanium or a titanium alloy. Tubular shape casting apparatus

A system for casting a length of a pole of a tubular shape with molten metal. The system comprises a crucible for containing the molten metal; a pouring spout fluidly connected to the crucible; and a plunger for plunging in the crucible to increase level of the molten metal in the crucible and thereby forcing a flow of the molten metal from the crucible to the pouring spout. The system further comprises a casting ring for receiving the molten metal poured out of the pouring spout; a motor for rotating the casting ring; a cooling assembly for cooling the molten metal; and a pulling assembly for pulling the pole out of and away from the casting ring as the molten metal solidifies.

Centrifugal casting apparatus and centrifugal casting method

A centrifugal casting apparatus is provided. The centrifugal casting apparatus includes an upper mold machined to have an inner contour used to form an upper side surface of a casting, and a lower mold machined to have an inner contour used to form a lower side surface of the casting. An upper motor provides power to rotate the upper mold and a lower motor provides power to rotate the lower mold. The upper motor and the lower motor are operated independently of each other.
