METHOD AND COMPOSITION FOR CLEANING SURFACES
A method of using hand cleaning compositions is provided. The hand cleaning compositions are provided separately, to be applied in sequence. In a first step of the method, a first liquid cleaning composition containing a low amount of detergent relative to moisturizer is applied to a surface to be cleaned. In a second step of the method, a second liquid cleaning composition containing a high amount of detergent relative to moisturizer is applied to the surface to be cleaned. The method provides an effective way to remove substances that typically soil skin, machinery or other common surfaces.
OXIDATION DYE INCLUDING A COMBINATION OF CROSS-LINKED, AMINATED SILOXANE POLYMERS AND NON-IONIC SURFACTANTS
A cosmetic agent for dyeing keratin fibers, in particular human hair, includes a combination of a cross-linked, aminated siloxane polymer, a specific non-ionic surfactant, and at least one oxidation dye intermediate and/or one direct dye, wherein the use of the combination of cross-linked, aminated siloxane polymer and non-ionic surfactant leads to an increase in the color intensity.

Cosmetic composition based on a supramolecular polymer, a hyperbranched functional polymer and a polyethylene wax
The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition and method for making up and/or enhancing the appearance of a keratinous substrate, comprising at least one supramolecular polymer, at least one detackifying ingredient which is a hyperbranched functional polymer, at least one fatty phase ingredient(s) and at least one polyethylene wax. The compositions of the present invention may optionally contain at least one colorant.
Antiperspirant and deodorant compositions
The present application relates to antiperspirant compositions comprising nitrogen-based and/or oxygen based perfume raw materials, and methods for making and using the antiperspirant compositions.
Sprayable sunscreen compositions and methods
Disclosed is a sunscreen composition that includes a sunscreen active composition, a volatile, oil phase solvent, and a rheology-modifying ethylene copolymer. The sunscreen composition is in the form of a thixotropic gel. The sunscreen composition may be dispersed to the skin using an aerosol- or non-aerosol-based spray apparatus. The sunscreen composition is provided to prevent ultraviolet radiation from causing damage to skin. Methods for preparing a sunscreen composition are also disclosed.
Octocrylene-free sunscreen composition with low stickiness
Disclosed is a cosmetic sunscreen composition comprising a UV filter combination of a) 4-(tert-butyl)-4′-methoxydibenzoylmethane, b) 2,4,6-tris[anilino(p-carbo-2′-ethyl-1′-hexyloxy)]-1,3,5-triazine (INCI: Ethylhexyl Triazone), c) 2,4-bis{[4-(2-ethylhexyloxy)-2-hydroxy]phenyl}-6-(4-methoxyphenyl)-1,3,5-triazine (INCI: Bis-Ethylhexyloxyphenol methoxyphenyl Triazine), d) 2-phenylbenzimidazole-5-sulfonic acid and/or one or more salts thereof.
Prevention and treatment of alzheimer's disease by amyloid beta peptide and sphin-gosine-1-phosphate
The invention provides compositions and methods for treatment of Alzheimer's disease. Such methods entail administering agents that induce a beneficial immune and therapeutic response against an amyloid deposit in the patient. The methods are particularly useful for prophylactic and therapeutic treatment of Alzheimer's disease. In certain preferred embodiments of such methods, a preferred agent is amyloid beta peptide in combination with Sphingosine-1-phosphate, preferably delivered in certain embodiments in a liposomal formulation.
Method of skin massaging
The present invention is a skin cosmetic comprising agar hydrogel particles having an average particle size of 0.2-5 mm obtained by stirring and cooling, in an oil based solvent, an agar aqueous solution prepared such that the breaking stress after the cooling/solidification is 0.005-0.1 MPa and an oil based gel prepared by mixing fine particles of silicone that are three-dimensionally cross-linked chemically and silicone oil and/or hydrocarbon oil. The object of the present invention is to provide a cosmetic that gives a moderate massaging sensation at the time of use.
