A method of manufacturing a tool part of a forming tool. The method includes forming a tool element of the tool part having a shape-imparting operating face and at least one first cooling duct for cooling a liquid using an additive manufacturing machine. The first cooling duct has at least one rectifier portion including a blocking direction and an opposing passing direction. The blocking direction has a higher flow resistance to cooling liquid than the passing direction.

METHOD OF FORMING A HELIX, PERMANENT MOLD FOR FORMING A HELIX, AND HELIX
The invention relates to a method for producing a helix (2), having a step of providing a permanent mold (1) with mold halves (1.1, 1.2) which can be joined together on a mold parting line (1.5). The method additionally has a step of joining together the mold halves (1.1, 1.2) of the permanent mold (1) such that the permanent mold (1) has a cavity (1.3), which defines the shape of the helix (2) or the shape of a bent-up helix (2′), when the permanent mold is joined together, wherein the specified helix (2) or the bent-up helix (2′) has a flattened profiled winding cross-section which has two opposite flat sides (2.1, 2.1′), an outer side (2.2) and an inner side (2.3) opposite the outer side (2.2), and the mold parting line (1.5) runs at least partly along the outer side (2.2) and/or the inner side (2.1) and/or edges of the profiled winding cross-section. The method additionally has a step of removing burrs (3) extending on the outer side (2.2) and/or the inner side (2.3) and/or the edges of the cast body on the mold parting line (1.5). The invention further relates to a permanent mold for carrying out the method and to a helix which has been produced using the method or using the permanent mold.
Diecasting Tool System
A diecasting tool system has a machine-related base plate, at least one set of contour-imparting mould components which in an assembled position on the base plate form a casting contour for an associated cast part to be cast, and a plurality of not contour-imparting tool receptacle module components. The base plate, the tool receptacle module components and the contour-imparting mould components are configured for releasably assembling the associated set of contour-imparting mould components and an assigned set of the tool receptacle module components on a fastening side of the base plate for casting the respective cast part. The base plate on the fastening side has a fastening grid of a plurality of fastening points which are disposed so as to be distributed in a regular or irregular pattern across a fastening region. The set of contour-imparting mould components conjointly with the assigned set of the tool receptacle module components is able to be assembled on the base plate in at least two different orientations, and/or a plurality of sets of contour-imparting mould components with a respectively assigned set of the tool receptacle module components are present for selective assembling on the base plate.
CASTING INSERT AND PRODUCTION METHOD
A casting insert includes a casting insert wall formed substantially of a liquid-phase-sintered refractory metal alloy, a cavity formed by the casting insert wall, and at least one cooling duct, which is different from the cavity and which is formed at least partly within the cavity and/or which is formed at least partly within the casting insert wall. The casting insert wall has a wall thickness which can be defined as a normal distance between a point of the casting insert wall which faces the cavity and a point on an outer surface of the casting insert wall. The wall thickness is, at least in sections, less than 25% of a diameter of the casting insert.
Diecasting die system
The invention relates to a diecasting method and a diecasting nozzle system (10) for use in a hot-chamber system (1) for the diecasting of metal melt (4), comprising a hot-chamber diecasting machine (2) with a casting vessel (3) and a melt distributor (20), which distributes the melt (4) from a machine nozzle (7) among uniformly heated diecasting nozzles (40). Arranged between a sprue region (42) of the diecasting nozzles (40) and the casting vessel (3) is at least one nonreturn valve (48), which prevents the melt (4) from flowing back from the sprue region (42) in the direction of the casting vessel (3). According to the invention, the nonreturn valve (48) is respectively arranged between the sprue region (42) of at least the upper diecasting nozzles (40) and a final branch of melt runners (22) in the melt distributor (20) to each of the diecasting nozzles (40).
