Arrangement for receiving a casting mold with coaxial drive and method therefor
An arrangement for receiving a multi-part casting mold, in particular an at least two-part blow mold. A drive unit for displacing locking elements has a main cylinder with a main piston and a travel cylinder with a travel piston, wherein the travel cylinder is connected with the main piston of the main cylinder and is movable therewith. The travel piston has a piston rod, which is connected with the locking element and is mounted concentrically displaceably in the main piston. In the operating condition of the molding process, the travel piston abuts on the main piston, wherein the main cylinder provides the locking force to keep the mold closed during the molding process.
Molding system
A molding system for a low-pressure light alloy casting plant, extending in height along a main axis, has a mold having a lower half-mold and an upper half-mold. The molding system has a first lower fixed plate on which the lower half-mold is housed, a movable plate on which the upper half-mold is housed, a second upper fixed plate positioned at the top of the movable plate, a movement group for moving the movable plate along the main axis, having an electric drive motor and transmission members operatively connected to the electric drive motor and to the movable plate, a casting ejection group having an electric ejector motor and ejection members movable by the electric ejector motor in an ejection position in which the casting is detached from the upper half-mold, and a command unit controlling operation of the electric drive motor and of the electric ejector motor.
CASTING DIE
A casting die is formed from a mold half with a mold insert disposed at least partly in a relief of the mold half. The mold insert is mounted movably in the relief.

COVER DIE HOLDER BLOCK FOR HIGH-PRESSURE DIE CASTING APPARATUS
A cover die holder block for a high-pressure die casting apparatus includes: a first cover die holder block component having defined therein at least a portion of a cover die holder block pocket surface configured to accommodate at least one die insert defining a mold surface, and at least portions of two opposing lock faces adjacent the cover die holder block pocket surface; and a second cover die holder block component, the second cover die holder block component having two projections extending therefrom, each projection being accommodated in a corresponding recess defined in the first cover die holder block component behind a respective lock face, in a direction of largest stress applied to the lock face during operation. The first and second cover die holder block components are separately fabricated and are connected to yield the cover die holder block.
CLUTCH DEVICE, MOTORCYCLE, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING PRESSURE PLATE
A clutch device includes a pressure plate movable toward or away from a clutch center and rotatable with respect to the clutch center. The pressure plate includes a flange extending radially outward from an outer circumferential edge of a body, pressure-side fitting teeth projecting in a first direction from a front surface of the flange, holding input-side rotating plates and output-side rotating plates, and being arranged in a circumferential direction, and a flange-side recessed portion recessed in the first direction from a back surface of the flange. As seen in an axial direction of an output shaft, the flange-side recessed portion at least partially overlaps one of the pressure-side fitting teeth.

Mold device
A mold device includes a frame that is a vertical wall having a first surface that is a vertical surface to which a holding mechanism is mounted and supported only by the first surface. A fixed mold base supporting a fixed mold, one surface thereof fixed to the first surface of the frame, and a mobile mold base supporting a mobile mold, the mobile mold base held by the holding mechanism so that the mobile mold base moves closer to and away from the fixed mold base. The holding mechanism includes a rail fixed to the first surface, and a guide fit on the rail in such a way that the guide moves on the rail while the guide is fixed to the mobile mold base. The mobile mold base is supported by the holding means without using a tie bar, and cantilevered on the first surface via the holding mechanism.
Method for manufacturing a die-casting machine and die-casting machine
In a die-casting machine with toggle-joint or without toggle-joint, a threaded section or a shaped section of horizontal columns is made by first carrying out turning and then rolling.
