PREDICTION SYSTEM, PREDICTION METHOD, AND NON-TRANSITORY STORAGE MEDIUM
A prediction system configured to predict a defect of a target product includes a first pre-trained model trained based on a defect characteristic value indicating a defect associated with a location in an existing product, a feature of a three-dimensional shape of the existing product, and conditional information indicating a manufacturing condition of the existing product. The first pre-trained model is configured to, when a feature of a three-dimensional shape of the target product is input, output a defect characteristic value indicating a defect associated with a location in the target product.
Mold temperature anomaly sign detection apparatus, mold temperature anomaly sign detection method and storage medium
A mold temperature control system includes: an inference model generating portion configured to, based on a plurality of pieces of thermo image data of a mold acquired at predetermined intervals and pieces of teaching data associated with the plurality of pieces of thermo image data, learn a predetermined number of consecutive pieces of time-series image data extracted from the plurality of pieces of thermo image data as one piece of sample data to generate an inference model for detecting a sign of a temperature anomaly of the mold; a mold temperature anomaly degree inference portion configured to detect occurrence of the sign of the temperature anomaly of the mold the predetermined number ahead, using the inference model, based on the predetermined number of pieces of time-series image data of the mold; and a warning lamp request transmitting portion configured to control lighting-up of a warning lamp.

METHOD FOR ADAPTING A COMPONENT DESCRIPTION OF A WORKPIECE TO BE PRODUCED WITH AMORPHOUS PROPERTIES
Amorphous metals are a new class of materials in which advantageous physical properties can be achieved. Amorphous metals require rapid cooling in the injection-molding process, which is not achieved in the case of a large number of geometries. The invention relates to a method for adapting a component description of a workpiece to be produced with amorphous properties, which method comprises: —defining a cooling behaviour of at least a part of a workpiece to be produced, taking account of a component description of the workpiece; —adapting at least a part of the component description, taking account of the defined cooling behaviour of the workpiece.

HYBRID CORE DRIVING DEVICE AND MOLDING MACHINE
A hybrid core driving device of an embodiment includes: a cylinder tube; a first cover member at one end of the cylinder tube; a second cover member at the other end thereof; a rod in the cylinder tube, having a connecting portion at one end to be connectable to a core and an annular flange on the side of the second cover member, and penetrating the first cover member; a nut fixed to the rod; a screw shaft penetrating the second cover member and the nut and provided to be insertable into the rod; a motor rotating the screw shaft; a piston in the cylinder tube, allowing the rod to penetrate therethrough, and slidable with respect to the cylinder tube and the rod; and a connection portion connectable to a pipe supplying a hydraulic liquid to a region surrounded by the cylinder tube, the first cover member, and the piston.
Method for reducing local defects in a casting
A process of reducing internal defects or enhancing mechanical properties in local regions in a casting utilizes the combined effect of compression, high-intensity ultrasound, heat, and feeding using extra material on improving the local microstructure. A modified version of the process can be used for accelerating the creep age forming process.
Injection apparatus
An injection piston can be driven along an axial direction of a heating barrel. The injection piston is connected to a screw and drives the screw along the axial direction. An injection hydraulic cylinder drives the injection piston in the axial direction by pressure of hydraulic oil. Inside of the injection hydraulic cylinder being partitioned into a first chamber and a second chamber. An oil discharge port is provided in the injection hydraulic cylinder and discharges the hydraulic oil from the second chamber. A first valve is inserted in a path for discharging the hydraulic oil discharged from the second chamber. A second valve opens when the pressure of the provided oil is higher than a first threshold value. The first valve closes when the pressure of the hydraulic oil supplied through the second valve is applied to the first valve.
