The invention relates to a liquid pharmaceutical formulation comprising an antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof, cyclodextrin and methionine. In addition, it relates to a method for reducing precipitation of an antibody or an antigen-binding fragment thereof in a liquid pharmaceutical formulation through addition of methionine and cyclodextrin. In particular, the liquid pharmaceutical formulations comprises an anti-sclerostin antibody, hydroxypropyl-gamma cyclodextrin and methionine and may be used in the treatment of a bone disorder associated with at least one of low bone formation, low bone mineral density, low bone mineral content, low bone mass, low bone quality and low bone strength, and especially for treating osteoporosis. Furthermore, the invention relates to a method of reducing inflammation at injection site in a mammalian subject comprising administering a therapeutically effective amount of a liquid pharmaceutical formulation comprising an antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof, cyclodextrin and methionine.

Provided is a medicament or a method for treating or preventing a corneal endothelial condition, disorder or disease due to a transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β) signal in corneal endothelial cells using a p38 MAP kinase inhibitor (in particular AKP-001), such as a pyrimidinyl isoxazole derivative or a pyridyl isoxazole derivative. In a preferred embodiment, the corneal endothelial condition, disorder or disease due to the TGF-β signal is Fuchs' corneal endothelial dystrophy.

Oral solutions comprising lisdexamfetamine salts
Oral pharmaceutical solution comprising a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of lisdexamfetamine, and a pharmaceutically acceptable aqueous carrier comprising a buffer and a cosolvent selected from the group consisting of a glycol, a polyol, and a mixture thereof, wherein the pH of the solution is from 5.5 to 9.0. The oral pharmaceutical solution presents excellent physicochemical stability, even under alkaline conditions.

Oral pharmaceutical solution comprising a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of lisdexamfetamine, and a pharmaceutically acceptable aqueous carrier comprising a buffer and a cosolvent selected from the group consisting of a glycol, a polyol, and a mixture thereof, wherein the pH of the solution is from 5.5 to 9.0. The oral pharmaceutical solution presents excellent physicochemical stability, even under alkaline conditions.
ORAL CANNABINOID FORMULATIONS
The present invention relates to a cannabinoid containing oral solution. Preferably the cannabinoid is cannabidiol (CBD), cannabidivarin (CBDV) or cannabidiol-C4 (CBD-C4). More preferably the CBD, CBDV or CBD-C4 is present at a concentration of between 25 and 75 mg/ml. More preferably still the CBD, CBDV or CBD-C4 is present at a concentration of 50 mg/ml. In a further embodiment the oral solution is formulated with one or more edible oils. Preferably the edible oil is sesame oil. It is a preferred embodiment of the invention that the oral formulation comprises a low concentration of ethanol.

The present invention relates to a cannabinoid containing oral solution. Preferably the cannabinoid is cannabidiol (CBD), cannabidivarin (CBDV) or cannabidiol-C4 (CBD-C4).
