SILVER-COATED COPPER POWDER, AND CONDUCTIVE PASTE, CONDUCTIVE COATING MATERIAL AND CONDUCTIVE SHEET, EACH OF WHICH USES SAID SILVER-COATED COPPER POWDER
Provided is a dendritic silver-coated copper powder which is prevented from agglomeration, while ensuring excellent electrical conductivity by increasing contact points in cases where silver-coated dendritic copper powder particles are in contact with each other. This dendritic silver-coated copper powder is suitable for use in conductive pastes, electromagnetic shielding materials and the like. A dendritic silver-coated copper powder 1 according to the present invention has a dendritic form which comprises a linearly grown main trunk 2 and a plurality of branches 3 arising from the main trunk 2. The main trunk 2 and the branches 3 are configured of copper particles which have plate-like shapes having an average cross-sectional thickness of 0.2-1.0 μm, and the surfaces of which are coated with silver. This dendritic silver-coated copper powder 1 has an average particle diameter (D50) of 5.0-30 μm as determined by a laser diffraction/scattering particle size distribution measuring method.
CONTROLLING GREEN BODY OBJECT DEFORMATION
A shaping composition for controlling deformation of a green body object during heat fusing can include a liquid vehicle present at from 10 wt % to about 80 wt %, based on a total weight of the shape retaining composition, and a metal particulate mixture present at from about 20 wt % to about 90 wt % based on a total weight of the shaping composition. The metal particulate mixture can include aluminum-containing particulates and secondary metal-containing particulates. The metal particulate mixture can have an aluminum elemental content to secondary metal elemental content atomic ratio of about 10:1 to about 1:2.
MIXED POWDER FOR POWDER METALLURGY AND LUBRICANT FOR POWDER METALLURGY
Provided is a mixed powder for powder metallurgy that contains a readily available compound as a lubricant, does not need to contain a stain-causing metal soap, has excellent ejection properties and compressibility, and can exhibit excellent fluidity without deteriorating the ejection properties or the compressibility even in the case of further containing carbon black. The mixed powder for powder metallurgy comprising an (a) iron-based powder and a (b) lubricant, wherein the (b) lubricant is an ester of disaccharide and fatty acid represented by R—COOH, and the R is an alkyl group having 11 or more carbon atoms or an alkenyl group having 11 or more carbon atoms.
SUB-MICRON PARTICLES OF RARE EARTH AND TRANSITION METALS AND ALLOYS, INCLUDING RARE EARTH MAGNET MATERIALS
The present disclosure is directed to methods of preparing substantially spherical metallic alloyed particles, having micron and sub-micron (i.e., nanometer)-scaled dimensions, and the powders so prepared, as well as articles derived from these powders. In particular embodiments, these metallic alloyed particles, complising rare earth metals, can be prepared in sizes as small 80 nm in diameter with size variances as low as 2-5%.

STEREOLITHOGRAPHY PROCESS FOR MANUFACTURING A COPPER PART HAVING A LOW RESISTIVITY
Process for manufacturing a copper part comprising at least the following successive steps: shaping a part by stereolithography, the shaping being carried out by: forming a layer of paste comprising a powder of copper particles, one or more photopolymerizable precursors of a first resin, a photoinitiator and, optionally, an optical additive, photopolymerizing the photopolymerizable precursor(s) of the first resin, the steps and forming a cycle that can be repeated a plurality of times, carrying out a first heat treatment, under an oxidizing atmosphere containing at least 10 vol % of an oxidizer, such as dioxygen, at a first temperature Td so as to eliminate the first resin, and carrying out a second heat treatment, under a reducing atmosphere, at a second temperature Tf, above the first temperature Td, so as to sinter the copper particles to obtain a copper part.

SINTERING POWDER
A sintering powder comprising: a particulate having a mean longest diameter of less than 10 microns, wherein at least some of the particles forming the particulate comprise a metal at least partially coated with a capping agent. A sintering paste and sintering film comprising the sintering powder. A method for making a sintered joint by sintering the sintering powder, paste, or film in the vicinity of two or more workpieces.
METHOD OF MANUFACTURING MODELED BODY, METHOD OF MODELING SOLIDIFIED OBJECT, AND MODELED BODY
A method of manufacturing a modeled body includes: modeling including applying a modeling solution to each layer of powder laid in a layer, to solidify the powder to model a solidified object; sintering the solidified object to obtain a sintered body of the solidified object; and removing a sacrificial body from the sintered body, to obtain a modeled body. At the modeling, the modeling solution is applied to a modeled body area in the solidified object and a border area in the solidified object such that, after the modeling solution is applied, a density of the powder at the border area is smaller than a density of the powder in the modeled body area. The modeled body area corresponds to the modeled body. The border area corresponds to a border between the modeled body and the sacrificial body.
