Also disclosed is a medical device comprising the unit dose pharmaceutical composition, use of the pharmaceutical composition in the treatment of an eye disease or condition or predisposition thereto and a method of treatment of an eye disease or condition or a predisposition thereto in a subject in need thereof including injecting into the eye the pharmaceutical formulation.
