A fiber with metal ions excited by luminous energy and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The method includes: adding dry copper nanopowder with a particle size not more than 48 nm after mixing to a fiber slurry, to form a first mixed liquid; mixing and stirring the first mixed liquid and an additive, and performing an electrochemical reaction, to form a second mixed liquid, where the additive contains at least one of graphene, Ge ions, and Zr ions; performing energy exciting on the second mixed liquid, to form a mixed material; drying the mixed material, to remove moisture contained in the mixed material; extruding at least one fibril from the mixed material by using a spinning device; passing the at least one fibril through a plurality of rollers and performing stretching; and performing cooling and shaping on at least one stretched fibril, to form a final fiber product.
Method of preparing hydrated calcium silicate nano-film
A method of preparing a hydrated calcium silicate (C—S—H) nano-film. The method includes: 1) synthesizing a hydrated calcium silicate powder having a calcium to silicon ratio (Ca/Si) of 0.5-3.0; 2) calcining the C—S—H powder obtained in 1) for 2-3 hours under a temperature of 150-250° C., cooling to approximately 25° C., and pressing the C—S—H powder under a pressure of 100-200 megapascal, to yield a target material; 3) fixing a substrate on a sample table of a magnetron sputtering apparatus, placing the target material obtained in 2) in a target position of the magnetron sputtering apparatus, pre-sputtering the target material for 5-10 minutes, rotating the substrate at a constant speed, sputtering the target material for 30-300 minutes, to yield a nano-film; and 4) soaking the nano-film obtained in 3) into in a saturated aqueous solution of calcium hydroxide at approximately 25° C. for 1-3 days.

A high-performance Nd—Fe—B isotropic magnetic powder and a preparation method thereof are disclosed. The method includes S1, smelting and refining ingredients under vacuum to obtain an alloy ingot, crushing the alloy ingot to obtain an alloy block, wherein the smelting is conducted at a temperature of 1,350-1,450° C., and the refining is conducted at a temperature of 1,335-1,430° C. and a pressure of 900-1,100 Pa in an inert gas atmosphere for 3-7 minutes; S2, melting the alloy block obtained in step S1 to obtain an alloy solution, rapidly quenching the alloy solution to form a Nd—Fe—B rapidly-quenched alloy plate; S3, crushing the Nd—Fe—B rapidly-quenched alloy plate obtained in step S2 to obtain a magnetic powder; S4, subjecting the magnetic powder to a crystallization heat treatment in an inert gas atmosphere, and cooling to obtain the Nd—Fe—B isotropic magnetic powder.

The C particles may be graphite particles.
