OVERMOLDED BODY FOR BAR FEEDER
Method of producing a body (1) for bar feeders, wherein it comprises a first molding step (A) carried out with the aid of a first molding material (M1) in a mold (20) jointly with an overmolding step (B) of a countermold (50), the shape of the mold (20) and/or the shape impressions of the countermold being conceived to achieve in an integral way at least one structural and/or functional element of the said bar feeder.
Device for adjusting the diameter of a guide channel for bars to be machined
Bar feeder (1) comprising a guide channel (10) centred on an invariable guide axis (A-A), characterised in that the guide channel (10) is adjustable and is formed by an adjustable guide element which can define a guide channel with a constant centre (C) corresponding to a bar diameter comprised between a maximum bar diameter (DMax) in a first position (P1) and a minimum bar diameter (DMin) in a second position (P2) under the action of a device for adjusting the diameter of the guide channel (2).
Lathe and clamping assembly thereof
A lathe includes a main shaft, a moving shaft, a cutter mounted on the moving shaft, and a clamping assembly. The cutter is capable of telescopic translation relative the moving shaft. The clamping assembly includes a cylinder mounted on the cutter, an assembly member mounted on the cylinder, a moving member, and at least two clamping members. The cylinder defines an inner cavity, and a first air intake and a second air intake communicated to the inner cavity. The moving member is movably mounted in the inner cavity and partially received in the assembly member, and capable of telescopic translation relative the assembly member. The clamping members are movably mounted on the assembly member and engaged with the moving member. The clamping members are translatably urged by the moving member in a direction relative the axis defined by the assembly member.
Apparatus for feeding bars to a machine tool
An apparatus for feeding bars to a machine tool including an end adjacent a working zone in which a spindle is provided; a drum element, rotatable around an axis; a movable support provided on the drum element for supporting and guiding a bar parallel to the axis. The movable support slidably drivable on the drum element parallel to the axis between a disengagement retracted configuration and an engagement extended configuration. The movable support having telescopic tube configured for being received inside tubular housing and guide for coupling with the spindle. The telescopic tube defines, a cylindrical containing structure configured for enclosing and supporting in a distributed manner a respective bar along the entire supporting zone, so as to prevent the bar from flexing because of the centrifugal actions generated by rotation.
Guide bush adjusting device
A guide bush adjusting device includes a drawbar (a mobile body) displaceable relative to a guide bush sleeve (cylindrical body). The drawbar is formed from a screw connection member (a connection member) which is connected to a guide bush housed in the guide bush sleeve (a cylindrical body), and an operation member configured to displace the screw connection member. The guide bush adjusting device adjusts an inner diameter of the guide bush by releasing the operation member from its fixation, displacing the drawbar, moving the guide bush with respect to the guide bush sleeve via the drawbar to thereby position the guide bush, and fixing the operation member of the drawbar (mobile body) at a predetermined position.
GUIDE BUSH APPARATUS AND ADJUSTMENT METHOD FOR GUIDE BUSH APPARATUS
A guide bush apparatus that supports a rod-shaped workpiece so that the workpiece is free to slide in the axis direction of the workpiece includes a guide bush sleeve, a guide bush that is disposed inside the guide bush sleeve, has a bush screw formed thereon, and has an inner diameter that changes in accordance with the relative position thereof relative to the guide bush sleeve in the axis direction, a retraction sleeve which is disposed inside the guide bush sleeve and on which a first screw that engages with the bush screw and a second screw having a different thread pitch from the first screw are formed, and a differential attachment/detachment body on which a differential screw that engages with the second screw is formed, and which can be fixed to and released from the guide bush sleeve.
Material bar magazine for guiding material bars on an automatic lathe as well as a system consisting of such a magazine and automatic lathe
A material bar magazine for guiding material bars on an automatic lathe and a system having such a magazine and automatic lathe having at least one headstock that is displaceable along a longitudinal axis of the material bar magazine, where the material bar magazine includes a material bar-guiding channel system having a channel opening system. Further, the channel system of the material bar magazine has a first, outer guide channel and a second, inner guide channel mounted inside the first guide channel such that it can move relative thereto along the longitudinal direction, the second, inner guide channel couplable or coupled to the headstock of the automatic lathe so that it synchronously moves the second, inner guide channel as the headstock moves along a longitudinal axis of the material bar magazine, relative to the first guide channel.
