OSCILLATING TOOL
A clamp arrangement for securing an accessory to an oscillating power tool can include a clamp assembly including a first clamp member that moves relative to the accessory between a closed position wherein the clamp assembly retains the accessory and an open position wherein the first clamp is offset from the accessory permitting removal of the first accessory from the clamp assembly. The clamp assembly can further comprise a second clamp member having a first portion that opposes the first clamp member and cooperates with the first clamp member to clamp the accessory between the first and second clamp members. An attachment plate can carry the clamp assembly. The attachment plate can have a first mating detail formed thereon that is configured to selectively and removably mate with a complementary second mating detail on the power tool in an assembled position.

Chuck
A chuck for supporting rotationally symmetrical workpieces to be machined, comprising a chuck body having at least three guideways worked into its end face running in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the chuck, at least three clamping jaws inserted individually into each of the guideways in a movable arrangement, and a driving means in a driving connection with the clamping jaws directly or via intermediate elements, with each of the clamping jaws of the chuck being adjustable during machining using driving means configured as an electric motor, with each clamping jaw having an electric motor arranged inside the chuck body, and when the chuck is stationary, the electric motors are electrically connected to a power source by means of a plug-and-socket connection and electrical cables, and/or when the chuck is rotating or at a standstill each electric motor is connected to the power source via an induction device.
ACCESSORIES FOR OSCILLATING POWER TOOLS
An accessory for coupling to an attachment mechanism of an oscillating power tool includes a working end, an opposite rear end, and a fitment portion adjacent the rear end portion. The fitment portion includes a central opening having a central portion and a rearward portion open to the rear end, and configured to receive a post of a tool clamping mechanism. The fitment portion further includes a first plurality of openings in communication with and extending radially outward from the central portion, a second plurality of openings not in communication with and positioned radially outward from the central portion. The central portion, the first plurality of openings, and the second plurality of openings are configured to couple the fitment portion to a plurality of different configurations of attachment mechanisms for oscillating power tools.

Quick disconnect apparatus for modular tooling
A modular tooling receiver that includes a wall having a port that extends through it, an engaging member that is movably disposed in the port, and a lock actuator that is disposed on a first side of the wall. The lock actuator is moveable between a first position in which the lock actuator urges the engaging member in a first direction defined from the first side of the wall to a second side of the wall and a second position wherein the lock actuator permits the engaging member to move in a second direction defined from the second side of the wall to the first side of the wall. A first biasing element biases the lock actuator toward the first position. A damper controls a rate of motion of the lock actuator from the second position toward the first position.
Quick tensioning device for a portable machine tool, in particular for an angle grinding machine
A quick tensioning device for a portable machine tool, in particular for an angle grinding machine, includes at least one output shaft which can be rotated, at least one clamping unit that is at least partly arranged in the output shaft and has at least one clamping element, which is movably mounted at least about and/or along a movement axis of the clamping unit, for fixing an insert tool unit to the output shaft without tools, and at least one torque transmission unit for transmitting a torque to the insert tool unit when the insert tool unit is arranged on the output shaft, said torque transmission unit having at least one torque transmission element which is formed separately from the output shaft. The quick tensioning device includes at least one securing unit at least for securing the torque transmission element to the output shaft in a rotationally fixed manner.
