Electrode devices for neurostimulation
An extravascular neural interface is disclosed containing electrodes for neurostimulation of the vessel. The devices are housed in flexible substrates, each substrate having a spinal portion for routing leads/conductors into the device for connection to the electrodes. Extending from opposite sides of the spinal portion is a self-sizing inner flap that supports and positions the electrodes to be inward facing, i.e., extravascular designs, and one more rigid outer flap. The electrodes may be flexible multifilar coil electrodes.

Use of self-assembled alkylsilane coatings for drug delivery applications
The invention relates to self-assembled organosilane- and small molecule drug-containing coatings for resorbable medical implant devices. The coatings can be prepared from precursor compositions containing an organosilane and a small molecule drug, and can be applied to substrates. Prior to applying the coatings, the surfaces of the substrates can be pretreated. The coatings can be functionalized with a binding compound that is coupled with an active component. The coatings can be applied using various techniques and apparatus, more particularly, by a deep-coating process conducted at ambient conditions.
Non-infective nasal symptom management compositions and methods
A method of managing non-infective nasal symptoms may include combining a steroid with a diluent, and acetylcysteine, azelastine, or theophylline. The combined ingredients may be mixed to formulate a topical composition for intranasal irrigation or nebulization. The steroid may include fluticasone, budesonide, or methylprednisolone.

METHOD FOR THE TREATMENT OF VIRAL INFECTIONS
The present invention provides for a method for the treatment of a respiratory disease, disorder, or condition resulting from a viral infection in a subject, such as a pulmonary viral infection, the method comprising the step of administering to said subject a medically active liquid in nebulized form by inhalation, wherein the medically active liquid comprises an inhalable corticosteroid (ICS) and wherein the medically active liquid is administered in nebulized form using an inhalation device.
