KITS AND METHODS FOR NUTRITION SUPPLEMENTATION
The present invention relates to methods of co-administration of various vitamins and mineral compositions, and in a specific embodiment, said methods comprise co-administering one composition comprising vitamin A, beta carotene, B-complex vitamins, vitamin C, vitamin D.sub.3, vitamin E, iron, magnesium and zinc, and a second composition comprising omega-3 fatty acids such as DHA, to supplement the nutritional needs of individuals within physiologically stressful states; and kits provided for co-administration of various vitamin and mineral compositions, and in a specific embodiment, said kits comprise one composition comprising vitamin A, beta carotene, B-complex vitamins, vitamin C, vitamin D.sub.3, vitamin E, iron, magnesium and zinc, and a second composition comprising omega-3 fatty acids, such as DHA, to supplement the nutritional needs of individuals within physiologically stressful states.
MATERIAL AND METHOD FOR TREATING INTERNAL CAVITIES
A method of providing sustained-release topical treatment of a condition affecting an internal body cavity is provided. The method comprises administering a pharmaceutical composition comprising a thermoreversible hydrogel and an active pharmaceutical ingredient to an internal body cavity of the urinary tract. After administration, the concentration of the active pharmaceutical ingredient in urothelium of the internal body cavity is increased when compared to the concentration of the active pharmaceutical ingredient in urothelium of the internal body cavity following administration of a control composition comprising the same dose and concentration of active pharmaceutical ingredient in water.

Treatment of respiratory diseases
The present invention relates to compositions, methods and kits for the treatment of respiratory disease. In particular, the compositions, methods and kits are particularly useful, but not limited to, the treatment or prevention of exacerbations of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. The present invention provides a method of treating or preventing a respiratory disease in a subject in need thereof, the method comprising administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of an inhibitor of casein kinase 1, thereby treating or preventing a respiratory disease in a subject. The present invention also provides a method of treating or preventing a respiratory disease in a subject in need thereof, the method comprising administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of an inhibitor of ALK5, thereby treating or preventing a respiratory disease in a subject, wherein the inhibitor is administered directly to the airway and/or lungs. The present invention also provides a method of treating or preventing a condition of the airway or lung involving fibrosis in a subject in need thereof, the method comprising administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of an inhibitor of casein kinase 1 or an inhibitor of ALK5, thereby treating or preventing a condition of the airway or lung involving fibrosis in a subject.
METHODS OF ALTERING BONE GROWTH BY ADMINISTRATION OF SOST OR WISE ANTAGONIST OR AGONIST
The present invention provides a method of promoting local bone growth by administering a therapeutic amount of a Sost antagonist to a mammalian patient in need thereof. Preferably, the Sost antagonist is an antibody or FAB fragment selectively recognizing any one of SEQ ID NOS: 1-23. The Sost antagonist may be coadministered together or sequentially with a matrix conducive to anchoring new bone growth. Orthopedic and Periodontal devices comprising an implantable portion adapted to be permanently implanted within a mammalian body and bearing an external coating ofa Sost antagonist are also disclosed, as it a method ofincreasing bone density by administering to a mammalian patient a therapeutic amount ofa Sost antagonist together with an antiresorptive drug.

Procedure for crystallization of (22E)-(24R)-2-methylene-22-dehydro-1α,24-25-trihydroxy-19-nor-vitamin D.SUB.3
Disclosed are methods of purifying the compound (22E)-(24R)-2-methylene-22-dehydro-1α,24,25-trihydroxy-19-nor-vitamin D.sub.3 to obtain the compound in crystalline form. The methods typically include the steps of dissolving (22E)-(24R)-2-methylene-22-dehydro-1α,24,25-trihydroxy-19-nor-vitamin D.sub.3 in a solvent comprising ethyl acetate and hexane to form a solution, allowing crystals of (22E)-(24R)-2-methylene-22-dehydro-1α,24,25-trihydroxy-19-nor-vitamin D.sub.3 to form and precipitate from the solution, and recovering the crystals of (22E)-(24R)-2-methylene-22-dehydro-1α,24,25-trihydroxy-19-nor-vitamin D.sub.3 from the solution.
Liberty Vitamins and Drinks
I am a practicing physician who has not only recommended these same vitamin ingredients to roughly over 1000 patients. I have also monitored the progress long with other health recommendations such as exercise, proper diet, rest, and spinal adjustments. I have achieved with the patient amazing results of immune support and a reduction of inflammation (reducing inflammation reduces pain) in an inhospitable environment such as today. I am perhaps alone in my knowledge and patient experience and I wish to share these achievements with the world (companies will copy my vitamin volume ideas). However, I must first patent my results of my many healthy patients.
