HOLE SAW ARBOR
A hole saw arbor with mechanically automated plug removal to automatically remove the center plug of debris following drilling with the hole saw. A slidable collar is placed in an upper position on a threaded shaft to drill with the hole saw, and slid to a lower position on the threaded shaft for automated function of an ejection plate to rise within the hole saw to slowly eject a plug of removed material.
Hole saw with hex sidewall holes
A hole saw including a plurality of sidewall openings is provided. The sidewall openings are shaped and grouped in patterns that improve debris ejection of the hole saw and that allow for easy access to the interior of the hole saw for manual debris removal by the user. The opening groups are space from each other by larger uninterrupted areas such that the hole saw has a high strength despite the number and size of openings provided in the saw sidewall.
CUTTING SECTION FOR A DRILL BIT
A cutting section (11) which is connectable to a drill shaft section via a releasable connecting device. The cutting section includes a first closed tubular element (14) which is in the form of a first hollow cylinder, a second closed tubular element (15) which is in the form of a second hollow cylinder, and one or more drill segments (16) which are connected to the first closed tubular element (14) and to the second closed tubular element (15).
Hole-Saw with Brazed or Welded Endcap
A hole-saw, including a sidewall and an endcap, is provided. The endcap includes projections that fit within notches of the sidewall to form a brazed or welded joint that couples the endcap to the cylindrical sidewall. The projections extend through the notches and are brazed or welded to the base of the sidewall. The endcap couples to the sidewall to form a cylindrical hole saw body. The endcap rotates and supports the hole-saw during operation.
Saw blade quick release mechanism for sawing tool and the sawing tool using the same
This invention relates to a saw blade quick release mechanism for sawing tool and a sawing tool using same, the mechanism comprising a saw blade mount, a rotary cover rotatable on the saw blade mount, a resilient member holding the rotary cover in position, and a positioning component having a positioning member on either of the saw blade mount and the rotary cover and a positioning slot on the other one thereof whereby in case of the rotary cover positioned, the positioning member is at the positioning end of the positioning slot, and the saw blade cannot be disassembled then, while in case of the rotary cover disassembled, the positioning member is at a release end thereof, and the saw blade can be disassembled then.
RING-SAW ASSEMBLIES AND PROCESSES
Hole-saws are provided herein, and more specifically to hole-saw assemblies and processes having adjustable platters for multiple simultaneous saw components, optional elimination of a guide drill, and the ability to retrieve cores of a sawed work piece before sawing completely through the workpiece. One hole-saw device, may have a motive force; a base plate rotatable by the motive force; cutters; and locking mechanisms to mount the base plate to the cutters.
Tool device for a hand-held power tool
A tool device for a hand-held power tool, which can be operated such that the tool device is rotated about an output shaft of a tool-holding device, has at least one connecting device, which is detachably connected to an output shaft of the power tool. The connecting device is fastened to the tool-holding device so that a drive axis of the output shaft and a tool axis of rotation substantially coincide. The connecting device has a cut-out and at least one clamping wing, which at least partly bounds the cut-out in the radial direction of the tool axis of rotation and which is bounded substantially in the direction radial to the tool axis of rotation by a first bounding edge, which lies on a first bounding circle around the tool axis of rotation. The clamping wing extends at least substantially along a plane orthogonal to the tool axis of rotation.
LONG HOLE SAW FOR COMPOSITE MATERIAL INSULATION PANEL
The present invention relates to a long hole saw for a composite material insulation panel for easily cutting a steel sheet of a hard material and a heat insulator such as Styrofoam or urethane of a soft material in one direction, wherein it is possible to reduce shaking vibrations generated during the cutting and to easily, precisely, and stably drill holes when drilling holes for the installation of pipes, conduits, etc. into a composite material insulation panel used for wall or roof construction of a building.
HOLE SAW ADAPTOR
Hole saw adapter (10) comprised of an adapter body (12) with a first end equipped with a spindle (14) for fastening to a drive unit, such as a drilling machine, and a second end to receive a hole saw (32) and a central drill (34), in which the adapter body (12) is extended and equipped with a longitudinally running axial groove (16) where the longitudinally running axial groove (16) is at least partially formed as a cross-wise through-running open slit in the adapter body (12). The central drill (34) is fasten to the inner axially displaceable holding part (22) so that it can be made loose, said inner axially displaceable holding part (22) can be displaced in the longitudinally running axial groove (16) in the adapter body (12) and is fastened to an external displacement part (18), as the external displacement part (18) surrounds the adapter body (12) and is set up for a forced axial displacement of the axially displaceable holding part (22) and the central drill (34) in the longitudinally running axial groove (16) for the pushing out of a core (40) that remains in the hole saw (32) after drilling.
Rotary power tool including threaded bit attachment
A rotary power tool comprises a drive mechanism, a spindle rotatable about a rotational axis in response to receiving torque from the drive mechanism, and a first shank coupled for co-rotation with the spindle and having a first diameter. The first shank includes a first threaded portion upon which a first tool bit is receivable. A second shank is coupled for co-rotation with the spindle and extends outwardly from and coaxial with the first shank. The second shank has a second diameter that is smaller than the first diameter and a second threaded portion upon which a second tool bit is receivable.
