DEBURRING TOOL AND DEBURRING METHOD
A deburring tool for stable processing is provided. The deburring tool includes a cylindrical housing; a spindle loosely fitted and supported to be tiltable with respect to an axis of the housing, the spindle having a rotatable attachment portion for detachably attaching a cutting tool at a distal end; a pressed member arranged to the spindle; a piston slidably disposed inside the housing, the piston configured to press the pressed member toward the distal end; an elastic member configured to urge the piston toward the distal end; a separate ring arranged between the piston and the elastic member; and a flow path for supplying a compressible fluid between the separate ring and the piston.
Device and method for deburring at least one borehole opening of a metal workpiece
The disclosure relates to a device for deburring at least one borehole opening of a metal workpiece, wherein the device has a rotationally symmetrical countersink bit. The countersink bit of the device is designed to remove at least one burr of the at least one borehole opening. The countersink bit can be introduced into an opening forming the at least one borehole opening and rotated. The disclosure also relates to a corresponding method.
Machining tool for deburring boreholes
A machining tool for deburring boreholes, which lead laterally into a recess, comprising: a shaft; a cutting head with at least one circumferential cutting blade associated with a chip groove and having a cutting edge extending, at least in sections, in an axial direction, and which can perform a cutting process by virtue of relative movement between the tool and a workpiece, and which lies on a virtual cylindrical rotation surface; and at least one cutting-blade-free and chip-groove-free surface area; at least one fluid channel closed on the cutting head side, extending through the shaft into the cutting head; and at least one branch channel with an outlet opening. The outlet opening is in a dynamic pressure active surface radially set back relative to the virtual rotation surface, and is larger than a flow cross-sectional area of the at least one branch channel at the outlet opening.
DRILL BIT WITH CHAMFERING FUNCTION
A drill bit with chamfering function has a body, a chamfering blade, an abutting rod, an elastic element, an adjusting element, and a drill bit. The body is a hollow tube, and has an internal space, a blade opening, a pivot segment, and a connecting end. The chamfering blade is pivotally connected to the body, selectively extends out of the blade opening, and has a blade portion, a blade pivot portion, and an abutting portion. The abutting rod is disposed in the internal space and abuts against the abutting portion. The elastic element is disposed in the internal space and is compressed between the abutting rod and the adjusting element. The adjusting element is disposed in the internal space for adjusting an amount of compression of the elastic element. The drill bit is securely connected to the connecting end of the body.
DEBURRING TOOL
A deburring tool includes: a body having a cylinder bore; an anti-rotation body protruding toward inside of the cylinder bore; a cylindrical slide shaft reciprocable inside the cylinder bore, and an elastic body urges the slide shaft toward a cutting depth direction. The slide shaft includes a guide groove having a displacement width for the slide shaft to axially displaceable with respect to the anti-rotation body, and the guide groove moves the slide shaft with respect to the body in an opposite direction to the cutting depth direction as the guide groove receives cutting resistance.
DEBURRING TOOL FOR FORWARD AND REVERSE DEBURRING OF BORE EDGES
Deburring tool for deburring bores with a paired arrangement of cutting blades and a rotationally driven tool holder, wherein in a blade recess of a blade housing, the cutting blades are driven opposite one another with radially outwardly pointing conical cutting edges, so as to be radially displaceable relative to one another by means of a rotatable rocker arranged in a base body of the tool holder, and the rocker is mounted rotatably about an axial longitudinal axis in the tool holder and is resiliently biased in the axial direction, wherein in order to change the cutting blades, the blade housing is mounted axially displaceable and fixable on the rocker and the base body.
CUTTING TOOL WITH ADDITIONAL SHAFT-SIDE SECONDARY CUTTING TOOLS
Cutting tool, which is driven with its shaft so that it rotates about its longitudinal axis or in a pushing and pulling manner, and wherein further shaft-side secondary cutting tools are fastened to the shaft, wherein the secondary cutting tools are fastened to the shaft of the cutting tool in an exchangeable manner.
TOOL, PREFERABLY FOR FLASH-TRIMMING AND/OR CLEANING PLASTIC COMPONENTS
A tool for flash-trimming and/or cleaning a component, comprising a shaft and a processing element mounted on the shaft such that it can be removed, the processing element being designed as a flexible cord and being received on the shaft such that, in an operational state, it bulges radially outwards in at least some sections as the rotational speed of the shaft increases; the invention also relates to a processing system along with this tool
Cutting and deburring tool
A cutting and deburring tool according to some embodiments of the disclosure includes a body portion configured to cut a hole in the workpiece, and a workpiece engaging portion and a shaft extending therefrom. The body portion includes a cutting edge configured to cut a hole in a workpiece and deburring cutting edges configured to deburr a first edge of a hole of a workpiece when the body portion is rotated in a clockwise direction or in a counter-clockwise direction after the hole is cut by the body portion. In some embodiments, a second body portion is provided and includes deburring cutting edges configured to deburr a second, opposite edge of the hole when the body portions are rotated in rotated in the clockwise direction or the counter-clockwise direction after the hole is cut by the first body portion.
