Method and composition for ameliorating drug seeking behavior
A composition and method for ameliorating drug-seeking behavior in drug addicts who have stopped using the addicted-to drug and who have reestablished non-addict physiological chemical balance.
Device and method for administering oral disinfecting solutions and other medicaments
Embodiments of the present invention feature devices and methods for administering medicaments to subjects and, in particular, molecular iodine to animals in drinking water for the treatment of oral bad breath and disease. An exemplary device comprises a source of medicament in a fluid, measuring means, an administration switch and a water reservoir means. The measuring means is in fluid communication with said source of medicament for measuring an aliquot of medicament corresponding to a dose for the treatment of a disease. The measuring means is also in communication with a water reservoir means and releases the aliquot into the water reservoir means upon signal activation. The administration switch means is in signal communication with the measuring means and upon activation by a subject produces an activation signal received by the measuring means. The water reservoir means is for receiving the aliquot and forming an aqueous solution of medicament.

ETHANOL HARDENER AND USE THEREOF
Disclosed are an ethanol hardener and the use thereof. The ethanol hardener contains ethanol, a water-soluble iodine preparation and water, wherein the volume percent of the ethanol is 76-98%, and the mass-volume ratio of the iodine element in the water-soluble iodine preparation to the iodine containing composition is 23-139 g/L. The iodine containing composition can be autoradiographed when injected into blood vessels, and has a better embolization effect and stability.

METHOD FOR GUT MUCOSA PREPARATION TO ENHANCE MICROBIAL ENGRAFTMENT
In alternative embodiments, provided are products of manufacture for microbiome transplantation and engraftment, including fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT) delivery devices, and methods for using them, including methods for replacing an individual's gastrointestinal (GI), e.g., colonic, microbiome, and methods for the treatment, amelioration or prevention of an in situ microbiome space, or a gastrointestinal (GI) disease, infection or condition or a disease or condition caused by, initiated by or exacerbated by a pathological microbiome, e.g., pathological GI or colonic microbiome. In particular a method for microbiome transplantation and engraftment in an individual in need thereof, the method comprising: removing of some or all colonic fecal material from the colon of the individual in need thereof by washing out colonic fecal material from the colon, wherein said washing out comprises administering a formulation comprising a biofilm dissolving or disrupting agent to the colon, and administering a FMT material, liquid, formulation or solution, or a normal microbiome, to the individual in need thereof.
