PREPARATION FOR REMOVAL AND/OR PREVENTION OF AN INFECTION ASSOCIATED WITH STAPHYLOCOCCUS EPIDERMIDIS
Described is a method for treating or preventing an infection, such as an infection associated with Staphylococcus epidermidis such as a Health-Care Associated infection, a wound, a sore, an ulcer, a burn. The method includes applying a treatment preparation to a treatment site, the treatment preparation has a first component having a single amino acid, said single amino acid being leucine, and a second component having an active chlorine compound.
MYCOBACTERIUM BACTERICIDE
Provided is a mycobacterium bactericide. The mycobacterium bactericide includes chlorous acid water. The free chlorine concentration of the chlorous acid water (as Cl) may be 50 ppm or more. A biofilm may be formed with the mycobacterium. The mycobacterium may be Mycobacterium intracellulare, Mycobacterium avium, Mycolicibacterium fortuitum subsp. fortuitum, Mycobacterium runyonii, Mycobacterium abscessus, Mycobacterium kansasii, M. avium subsp. paratuberculosis, or Mycobacterium ulcerans. A medicine containing chlorous acid water is provided for preventing and/or treating MAC lung disease.

METHOD FOR PRODUCING RADICALS, METHOD FOR STERILIZING SPORES, AND CANCER TREATMENT DRUG
Provided is a novel method that makes it possible to easily sterilize spores and the like in a highly safe manner. A method for producing radicals according to the present invention includes a generation step of generating radicals through photoirradiation of a radical generation source, and the peak wavelength of light used in the photoirradiation is greater than UV wavelengths and 600 nm or less. Also, a method for sterilizing spores according to the present invention includes a treatment step of generating radicals through photoirradiation of a radical generation source and treating spores with the radicals, and the peak wavelength of light used in the photoirradiation is greater than UV wavelengths and 600 nm or less. The peak wavelength is, for example, 405 to 470 nm.
Compositions and methods for treating biofilms
Disinfecting compositions containing hypochlorous acid and acetic acid are useful for treating biofilms in or on tissue, including biofilms related to wounds or other skin trauma. The compositions are useful for treating a variety of types of tissue, both on the surface on beneath the surface of tissue. Compositions are provided having various concentrations for different tissue types and infection levels. Compositions may be provided in gel form, and may include nanoparticle encapsulated molecules for controlled release.

Covid Nasal Spray
Direct instillation of a Chlorinated Solution into the Nasal passages to inactivate Covid 19 by way of Nasal spray of a Sodium Hypochlorite solution. For topical elimination of Covid 19, Solutions of 5-12.5 Parts Per Million; 5-12.5 mg. per Liter; 5-12.5% Solutions; are generally effective and considered safe by the EPA and FDA for indirect human consumption. While stronger solutions are recognized for eradication of the Coronavirus on inorganic impervious surfaces, these more dilute solutions have not previously been used for this application to the Nasal Mucosa and Nasopharynx of Humans. This new and revolutionary Process for use of Sodium Hypochlorite offers an alternative therapeutic and prophylactic modality in the war against Coronavirus (Covid-19). Sodium Hypochlorite is well known for disinfecting hard surfaces and its antimicrobial effects in higher concentrations. However, currently there are no biological products to suppress and eradicate Covid-19 in humans, besides Vaccination, Social Distancing, and Face Masks.
METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR DISINFECTING SURGICAL SITE
A method of performing a surgical procedure comprises inserting a medical instrument into anatomy of a patient to reach target tissue within an anatomical cavity, disinfecting anatomy within the patient with the medical instrument and performing treatment of the target tissue with the medical instrument. A medical device for providing disinfecting to a surgical site, the medical device comprises an elongate shaft extending from a proximal end to a distal end, an imaging device located proximate the distal end of the elongate shaft, a lighting element located proximate the distal end of the elongate shaft, a working channel extending at least partially through the elongate shaft and a disinfecting system attached to the elongate shaft to deliver a disinfecting capability proximate the distal end of the elongate shaft.
