The pipe cutter includes inner and outer carriages, a capstan assembly attached to the outer carriage to which a feed cable is attached, and rollers attached to the outer carriage to which a tension cable is attached. The force adjustment assembly changes the vertical position of the outer carriage relative to the inner carriage to compensate for the pipe cutter going inwardly and outwardly as it travels around a hollow vessel in order to maintain constant pressure caused by the lever tension interface. A guard assembly is provided for covering and uncovering the cutting tool during cutting.
Machining device for outer pipe surfaces
A machining device for machining the lateral surface of an approximately cylindrical object in portions thereof includes a chain for annularly surrounding the object to be machined. The chain consists of at least two hingedly connectable chain links, one of which is a tool holder having at least one tool for machining the lateral surface. The device also includes support rollers for rolling on the lateral surface. The at least one other chain link is a chain connecting link. The chain links are connectable in such a way that they form a closed chain ring around the object to be machined. The machining device further includes a feed adjuster capable of reversibly adjusting an axial position of facing ends of two chain links parallel to the axis of the closed chain ring relative to each other.
PIPE CUTTING AND BEVELING MACHINE
A machine for cutting or beveling a pipe. A cutter unit rotates around the pipe while cutting any surface of the pipe after gripping and fixing the pipe. The machine includes: a main body which a pipe passes through the center portion thereof to be fixed; and a cutter unit coupled to the main body unit rotates around the fixed pipe to cut or bevel the pipe. The cutter unit may have a rotating unit on one side to pull the cutter unit aside and a locking unit on the other side to restrain or release the cutter unit. An entry control unit operating the cutter unit includes: a lever gear-engaged with an outer side surface of an entry control plate; and a clutch formed on a rotation shaft of the lever such that the restraint is released when the lever is lifted or pressed in the axial direction.
Method for machining a casing of an aircraft turboshaft engine and scraper tool for implementing said method
A scraper tool for deburring an edge of an aircraft turboshaft engine casing is arranged to be mounted in a milling device. The scraper tool includes a body including, on a first end, a connection for the milling device and, on a second end, a deburring module including a turning lathe platelet including at least one cutting edge arranged so as to deburr the casing edge. The deburring module includes a guide adapted to contact the edge to be deburred so as to follow the profile of the edge to be deburred without modifying the orientation of the turning lathe platelet.
Automatic movable machine for chamfering pipe and metal sheet
An automatic movable machine includes a vertical plate and a support plate are fixed, in a perpendicular direction to each other, to a semicircular chamfering angle adjusting plate fixed to a head of the movable chamfering machined, a moving body is provided at the vertical plate on the inside of the pipe or the lower side of the metal sheet, and equipped with an internal roller regulated by a spring contact with the inside of the pipe or the lower side of the metal sheet, the support plate has a fixing bolt, a fixing plate is provided to the support plate, and provided at the front of a gear box, and external rollers are provided at the front of the gear box, and allow the speed of the rotational force of a motor, to be reduced in the gear box and transmit the speed-reduced rotational force.
Machining device
A device and a method for machining a workpiece are provided, wherein said workpiece includes segments of wood, wood-based materials, synthetic material or the like, having a first milling tool for contour machining an edge attached to said workpiece, a second milling tool for contour machining the edge attached to said workpiece, which is adjustable in relation to said first milling tool between a resting position, in which said first milling tool is engageable with the workpiece, and a machining position, in which said second milling tool is engageable with a workpiece. The device is characterized by a third milling tool for flush milling a narrow side of the edge attached to said workpiece, the three milling tools being arranged coaxially to each other and all are jointly drivable by one device.
APPARATUS FOR METAL-CUTTING MACHINING OF WEAR-AFFECTED BIT HOLDERS OF ROAD MILLING MACHINES, AND USE OF AN APPARATUS FOR OVERHAULING SUCH WEAR-AFFECTED BIT HOLDERS
An apparatus for metal-cutting machining of wear-affected bit-head-proximal end regions of bit holders of road milling machines encompasses: a rotary actuator having an output member rotating around an actuator rotation axis; at least one material-removing tool, rotatable around a tool rotation axis, which is coupled or couplable to the output member so as to rotate together; a positioning arbor, extending along an arbor axis, which is embodied for introduction into a bit receptacle opening of a bit holder and which comprises an abutment segment, located radially remotely from the arbor axis and facing away from the arbor axis in a direction having a radial component, which is embodied for abutment against an inner wall of the bit receptacle opening.
