Blade positioning structure of disposable milling cutter
A blade positioning structure of a disposable milling cutter includes a cutter body and a disposable blade. The cutter body is peripherally provided with a blade seat. By passing a screw through the disposable blade and the blade seat, the disposable blade is locked to the blade seat. The blade seat has a blade seat surface and a sidewall; the blade seat surface has a groove; the disposable blade has a bottom surface provided with a projection corresponding in shape to the groove; and when the disposable blade is locked to the blade seat, the blade seat surface and the groove of the latter lie respectively and tightly against the bottom surface and the projection of the former.

INDEXABLE TANGENTIAL RAILWAY WHEEL MILLING INSERTS AND CUTTING TOOL HOLDERS
Railway wheel milling tool system including a railway wheel truing cutters and tangential railway wheel milling inserts are disclosed. The tangential milling inserts have at least four indexable cutting edges, each with a central wiper cutting edge segment between two convex cutting edge segments. The milling inserts may allow both the flat portion and curved portion of a railway wheel to be machined with an improved surface finish. The railway wheel truing cutters comprise a plurality of insert pockets structured and arranged to receive the tangential railway wheel milling inserts.

Rotary cutting tool with anti-rotation feature
A rotary cutting tool, such as a slotting cutter, includes a cutter body rotatable in a predetermined direction on a central axis perpendicular to a plane of the cutter body. A plurality of cutting insert-receiving pockets are formed at predetermined locations about the cutter body. A cantilevered member can be integrally formed in the cutter body or attached to the cutter body as a separate component. A tip of the cantilevered member at least partially extends into each insert-receiving pocket such that the cantilevered member exerts a biasing force against a cutting insert at a location so as to counteract a tendency of the cutting insert to rotate within the insert-receiving pocket during a cutting operation.

Helical blade cutter
A helical blade cutter including multiple linear blades attached to an outer circumferential surface of a round body having an outer surface formed into a cylindrical circumferential surface. The blades tilt to a given helix angle α from a straight line on the outer circumferential surface parallel to a rotational central axis O. Blade attachment surfaces are formed on the outer circumferential surface of the round body at given intervals in the circumferential direction. The blade attachment surfaces tilt to an angle same as the helix angle α of the blade while tilting to a rake angle β in a direction of an elevation angle from a tangent to the outer circumferential surface. The blades are each attached to a blade attachment part through intervention of a chip holder that allows detachment of the blade.

Side Milling Cutter and Production Method
The invention relates to a side milling cutter (1) which comprises a disk body (11) with a central hub (12) for accommodation in a milling drive, and a plurality of cutters (21) which are arranged on the outer periphery thereof. A plurality of inner cooling lubricant channels (3) extend in the disk body (11), said channels having two or more outlet openings (31) in the area of each cutter (21). Said outlet openings (31) are oriented such that a cooling lubricant jet (K) which exits from the cooling lubricant channel (3) can be directed to the cutter (21). The invention also relates to a production method for the side milling cutter (1).
