An apparatus for cutting corrugated pipes to length includes a clamping device configured to act radially with respect to an axis so as to fix a corrugated pipe in a machining position. The apparatus also includes a cutting tool moveable into an active position against the corrugated pipe in the machining position and configured to bring about a separation by moving the cutting tool and corrugated pipe relative to one another. A stop device is configured to engage in a corrugation trough of the corrugated pipe wherein a spacing between the cutting tool and stop device is variable in the axial direction with respect to the axis.

The base has a first clamping portion and a second clamping portion; wherein the base is received in the mounting portion of the main body and can be switched between a first angle and a second angle. On the body of the pipe cutter there is at least one gauge; between it and the body a cavity is delimited capable of accepting the end of a pipe (t); each gauge having on its end a mouth that varies its diameter between a minimum (d1) at its base and a maximum (d) that coincides with the gauge of the pipe (t) it accepts. There is also at least one blade on each existing gauge or on a beveller equipped with one or several portions (S) with at least one blade on each of them. A pipe (t) is inserted in the corresponding gauge, first gauging the diameter of its cut edge and then the blades simultaneously bevel and ream the cut pipe (t) edge.

The invention refers to a mandrel holder for a pipe cutter having a nearly C-shaped bracket, which supports counter-pressure rollers on one end and is connected, at the other end, to a longitudinal handle containing an adjustment device carrying a cutting wheel, these components defining a tool plane through which a vertical axis passes, which extends between and axially parallel to the counter-pressure rollers and the cutting wheel. The tool plane contains the cutting point of the cutting wheel. The mandrel holder contains a coupling portion designed to radially and axially encompass an arc-shaped portion of the C-shaped bracket, an outer longitudinal portion extending from the coupling portion axially parallel to the vertical axis up to an end piece, and an inner longitudinal portion which extends from the end piece along the vertical axis back approximately to the tool plane and has a rotatable mandrel.
