Pipe cutting device

A pipe cutting device includes a cutting element, a counter-holder, and a C-shaped working head. The counter-holder is formed by the working head and the cutting element protrudes into a C-opening. The working head merges into a foot part and the cutting element is accommodated in a displacement part. The displacement part is movably arranged with the cutting element in an offset part and/or the counter-holder has rollers, and each two rollers are mounted in pairs on a rocker part. A further pipe cutting device has an offset part and a counter-holder which are formed on a C-shaped working head. The working head merges into a foot part which can also be used as a handle area, and the offset part can be offset relative to the foot part in order to change an opening width of the working head. In addition, the offset part has a cutting element.

POWER TOOL AND POWER TOOL ACCESSORIES FOR CUTTING TUBULAR MEMBERS

A cutting head for a tool for cutting a tubular member includes a cutting wheel. The cutting wheel has an aperture that extends therethrough. The aperture is centered on an axis of rotation of the cutting wheel. The cutting head further includes a blade axle disposed in the aperture such that the cutting wheel is rotatable relative to the blade axle about the axis of rotation. A portion of an outer surface of the blade axle has a texture formed thereon. The cutting head further includes a roller carriage having at least one roller configured to support a tubular member. The cutting head further includes a blade carriage that supports the blade axle. The blade carriage has a resilient member configured to bias the cutting wheel against the tubular member.

A pipe preparation tool has a housing, a motor mounted within the housing, a head mechanism disposed on the housing, a rotatable blade holder disposed within the head mechanism, and a blade attached to the blade holder. The tool may include a power tool battery pack attached to the housing and electrically connected to the motor. Preferably, a pipe may engage the blade in a first orientation and a second orientation opposite to the first orientation. The blade may have first and second opposite cutting edges, wherein the pipe can engage the first cutting edge of the blade when in the first orientation and the second cutting edge of the blade when in the second orientation.
