LOCKING PLIERS
A pair of locking pliers includes a first locking unit; a second locking unit including a second handle and a second jaw pivotally connected to the first locking unit and the second handle at a first connecting point and a second connecting point, respectively; a linking member connected to the second handle and the first locking unit at a third connecting point and a fourth connecting point, respectively; and a switching member being convertible relative to the linking member between a blocking position, where the second, third and fourth connecting points are prohibited from becoming collinear, and an unblocking position, where the second, third and fourth connecting points are allowed to become collinear.
Multi-purpose hand tool
A multi-purpose hand tool includes a first side and a second side that are pivotally connected. The first side includes a lower end having a first handgrip and an upper end including a shaft having a hammer head at one end; a first recess extending at least partially along a bottom of the shaft for holding one or more straight fasteners; and a second recess located substantially in a bottom part of the hammer head for holding one or more rounded fasteners.
Crimping hand tool
A crimping hand tool configured to crimp a cable and a housing. The crimping hand tool includes a first body having at least one guiding structure, a second body is pivoted to the first body to rotate with respect to each other to be unfolded and folded, a linking member is pivoted to the second body, and the linking member has a slot, a crimping assembly is pivoted to the linking member and is slidably coupled to the guiding structure, and a shaft is movably inserted in the first body and the slot of the linking member. After the housing and cores are placed into the first body, the second and first body are folded with respect to each other to drive the crimping assembly to move along the guiding structure through the linking member to crimp the housing and the cable together.
Opening-closing device
The present invention provides an opening-closing device including a first component, a second component and a third component. The second component is rotatably connected with the first component, and the third component is rotatably connected with the second component. The present invention further includes a mode switching device for switching operating modes of the opening-closing device. The operating modes include a conventional mode and a labor-saving mode. When the opening-closing device is in the conventional mode, the third component is fixed relative to the second component. When the opening-closing device is in the labor-saving mode, the third component is rotated in the opening direction relative to the second component during opening of the opening-closing device, and the third component is rotated in the closing direction relative to the second component during closing of the opening-closing device.
CABLE CUTTER AND CRIMPER
A cable cutter and crimper is provided comprising an anvil having an anvil cutting edge. A blade is pivotally coupled to the anvil and includes a blade cutting edge. A clevis is coupled to the anvil and includes arms extending on opposite sides of an actuator screw. A pivot nut is threadably coupled to the actuator screw and pivotally coupled to the blade. Rotation of the actuator screw in a first rotational direction causes the pivot nut to translate along the actuator screw in a first translation direction, resulting in the blade cutting edge moving away from the anvil cutting edge. Rotation of the actuator screw in a second rotational direction causes the pivot nut to translate along the actuator screw in a second translation direction, resulting in the blade pivoting relative to the anvil to move the blade cutting edge toward the anvil cutting edge.
Drive pliers
A collapsible dual screwdriver assembly pliers or drive-pliers for short, comprises a pliers and two screwdriver assemblies, where the screwdriver assemblies are individually removably attachable in a stowed position and an extended position. In the stowed position each screwdriver assembly can provide compact storage of the tool as well as function as a portion of a handle for the other screwdriver assembly. In the extended position each screwdriver assembly can be used as an extended handle for the pliers, as well as, function as a multi-bit screwdriver individually.
Gripping Hand Tools
Various embodiments of pliers and pipe wrenches are provided. Wire cutters enable a finger pivot hole to enhance the grasp of the wire cutters while rotating the tool and/or stripping wire. Pipe wrenches include different configurations of teeth to improve durability and grip on a workpiece. Pliers are provided with axial teeth to enhance gripping a workpiece in different directions. Pliers are provided with selectable mechanical advantages so that a user may select the mechanical advantage desirable for a particular application.
CUTTING DEVICE FOR THE SEVERANCE OF AN ELECTRICAL POWER CABLE, OR OF A STRAND SECTION
A device is used to sever an electrical power cable for the transmission of high voltage. The device includes a frame having first movable cutting blade carried thereon and second stationary cutting blades carried thereon. The blades can sever the electrical power cable upon movement of the first cutting blade relative to the frame. A sensor is provided and is configured to register a position of the first cutting blade relative to the frame. An evaluation and/or transmission controller is configured to receive information from the sensor and interrupt severing of the electrical power cable by the blades in response to the information.
