ELECTRODE PLATE SLITTING CUTTER HOLDER AND ELECTRODE PLATE SLITTING MACHINE
An electrode plate slitting cutter holder includes a frame, an upper cutter holder, and a lower cutter holder. Two ends of the upper cutter holder are rotatably connected to the frame. The lower cutter holder is located below the upper cutter holder and arranged parallel to the upper cutter holder. Two ends of the lower cutter holder are rotatably connected to the frame. One of the upper cutter holder and the lower cutter holder is provided with a double-edged cutter, and another one of the upper cutter holder and the lower cutter holder is provided with a cutter groove corresponding to a position of the double-edged cutter and configured to cooperate with the double-edged cutter.
POWERED THREADED ROD CUTTER
A powered threaded rod cutter includes first and second cutting dies, an electric motor, a planetary transmission positioned downstream of the motor, a drivetrain for converting a rotational output of the transmission to a pivoting movement of the first cutting die, and a clutch mechanism for redirecting torque from the motor away from a drivetrain and the first cutting die in response to the first cutting die seizing during a rod-cutting operation. The clutch mechanism includes a ring gear in the planetary transmission, and a spring that rotationally affixes the ring gear below a predetermined threshold of reaction torque through the drivetrain and permits rotation of the ring gear above the threshold.
PLUNGE SLITTING WITH ENHANCED SCRAP THREADING CAPABILITY USING NOTCHING SHEARS
A slitting machine for threading scrap material includes first and second arbors; rotary knives disposed on each of the first and second arbors; and a pair of notching modules positioned on opposite ends of the first and second arbors. The notching modules each has a pair of shear knives for making multiple cuts in a strip of material passing through the slitting machine forming notches to enable threading of material to scrap chutes from the slitting machine.
DISPOSING DEVICE OF SHAFT-BODY INSERTION OBJECTS
A separator disposing portion 15 is provided with a ball screw 22 and an arm 23. The arm 23 is a member which comes into contact with a holder 17 and a separator disk 18, thereby allowing them to move. The arm 23 is provided with a chuck portion 30 which is connected to a piston 29 and can be fitted to a chuck pedestal 27. The chuck portion 30 comes close to or moves away from an expansion/contraction shaft 16 in association with expansion and contraction of the piston 29. Further, the chuck portion 30 comes into contact with an outer circumference surface of the holder 17, a side surface of the holder 17 and a side surface of the separator disk 18 in association with movements of the piston 29 and a driving portion 26.
CUTTING DEVICE FOR CUTTING FLAT MATERIAL
A cutting device for cutting flat material, such as sheet metal, is disclosed. The cutting device includes a knife shaft to which at least one circular knife can be fastened and a positing device. The positioning device is configured to move the at least one circular knife in a released state along a longitudinal axis of the knife shaft and to fix it in a predetermined position on the knife shaft in a reversible and force-transmitting manner, wherein the positioning device has at least one effector configured to actuate a clamping means of the at least one circular knife. The cutting device is further characterized in that to actuate the clamping means, the effector is movable along an axis of movement that is skewed with respect to the longitudinal axis of the knife shaft.
