Self-dust extraction dustless table saw
A self-dust extraction dustless table saw includes a table saw frame, saw table, and saw blade installed to the table saw frame. An upper and a lower blade guards are respectively mounted to upper and lower sides of the saw table, the saw blade is mounted in the upper and lower blade guards, and the lower blade guard includes a lower left and lower-right blade guards. Several interval guide barriers are installed on the inner walls of the lower left and lower right blade guards, and the guide barriers transport the dust to a dust outlet on the side of the lower right blade guard.
TABLE CUTTING DEVICE
A table cutting device includes a workbench assembly for holding a workpiece, a cutting assembly for performing a cutting operation on the workpiece movable relative to the workbench assembly and including a cutting member rotatable about a first axis, a motor disposed on a side of the workbench assembly for driving the cutting assembly to move and rotatable about a second axis, and a circuit board. The table cutting device further includes a mounting housing in which the circuit board and the motor are disposed. The table cutting device has high heat dissipation efficiency, a reasonable layout, and a stable structure.
MITER SAW INCLUDING A MULTI-LINK SLIDING ASSEMBLY
The disclosure provides a miter saw that includes a base, a table, a cutting assembly, and a linkage assembly. The table defines a supporting surface and is rotatably coupled to the base to rotate about a miter axis. The cutting assembly includes a housing that supports a motor to which a saw blade is rotatably coupled, and a handle that extends from the housing. The cutting assembly is pivotable between raised and lowered positions and is movable relative to the table between forward and rearward positions. The linkage assembly is pivotally coupled to the table and the cutting assembly. The linkage assembly includes a floating link, a first link, and a second link. The floating link is pivotally coupled to the cutting assembly. The first link is pivotally coupled to the table and the floating link. The second link is pivotally coupled to the table and to the floating link.
Taper jig and methods of use
A taper jig that provides a woodworker with multifunctional use for orientating and maintaining a workpiece in order to make a tapered cut in a workpiece at desired incremental angles. The taper jig includes a first track and a second track that operably engages the first track wherein the second track is pivotably moveable relative to the first track. The taper jig also includes at least one measurement scale assembly that operably secures the first track and the second track to one another at a predetermined angle. The taper jig also includes at least one clamping handle assembly that operably engages one of the first track and the second track, wherein the at least one clamping handle assembly being adapted to clamp a workpiece. The taper jig may also include a first sled and a second sled that operably engage with the first and second tracks.
TILE SAW
A tile saw comprising a base, a table supported by the base and configured to support a workpiece, a guide rail upon which the table is supported and moveable along a longitudinal axis, a saw unit coupled to the base, and a roller assembly for supporting the table upon the guide rail. The roller assembly includes a first roller rotatably supported by the table and engaged with a first portion of the guide rail, and a second roller rotatably supported by the table and engaged with a second portion of the guide rail that is different than the first portion. The second roller is translatable relative to the table in a direction toward the guide rail. The roller assembly further includes a spring biasing the second roller toward the guide rail.
Tile saw
A tile saw includes a table configured to support a workpiece, a guide rail upon which the table is supported and movable along a longitudinal axis, a saw unit for cutting the workpiece as the table moves along the longitudinal axis, and a roller assembly for coupling the table to the guide rail. The roller assembly includes an upper roller engaged with an upper portion of the guide rail, a lower roller engaged with a lower portion of the guide rail, and a resilient member biasing at least one of the upper roller or the lower roller against the guide rail.

An adaptive cutting system is presented that facilitates cutting workpieces in new and different ways in a fun, easy, fast, accurate and safe manner. The system includes a benchtop having a grid of bench dog holes across its surface as well as a pair of table tracks embedded within its surface. An edge track extends around the benchtop and a pair of hinge members are connected to the edge tracks that also connect to a saw track that is movable between a raised and lowered position. The system also includes narrow rip stops, wide rip stops, bench dogs and a miter gauge all of which work in concert with the on-table features to facilitate on-table measurement and alignment of workpieces for performing cutting operations.
Compound miter saw
A compound miter saw (1; 70; 90) includes a turntable-fixing mechanism (40) and a tilt-fixing mechanism (60; 80; 100) configured to respectively fix the miter angle and tilt (bevel) angle of a cutting-machine main body (10). The turntable-fixing mechanism includes a fixing rod (42) configured to lock rotation of a turntable (4; 91) relative to a base (2) by manually rotating a grip (41) attached thereto, and is disposed forward of a front surface of a table-extension part (5; 71; 92), downward of an upper surface of the turntable, and at the center of the table-extension part in the left-right direction.
