POWER CUTTING MACHINE
A power cutting machine includes a main body including a motor, an arm connected to the main body at its base end and including a belt transmission mechanism configured to transmit drive power of the motor, and a working device connected to the head end of the arm and including a cutting blade configured to be rotated by power transmitted via the belt transmission mechanism. The arm includes a brake mechanism configured to apply a brake to a drive pulley of the belt transmission mechanism. The brake mechanism includes an indicator mechanism configured to allow a braking state to be visually recognized.
Adjustable material conveyor
A portable adjustable conveyor for use with a power tool for cutting a work piece. The portable adjustable conveyor has a one piece frame formed from a base plate integrally connected to first and second guide plates. Each guide plate has first, second and third groups of vertically aligned alignment holes oriented on a diagonal configuration to each other and spaced centrally in each guide plate. A removable roller engages between pairs of vertically aligned alignment holes in a first, second or third group of offset holes. The portable conveyer enables the power tool to process a work piece and reposition the work piece in less than 90 seconds repeatedly using different pairs of longitudinally aligned alignment holes with the removable roller as well as reduce static in the work place and increase lumens to the workpieces, all simultaneously.

A system and a method process a first end and a second end of at least one rod-shaped workpiece. The system includes a conveying device for cross-conveying the at least one rod-shaped workpiece in a conveying direction, a first processing device and a second processing device. The first and the second processing devices each include a clamping device, a sawing device and at least one chamfering device, wherein, using the conveying device, the first end of the at least one rod-shaped workpiece can be supplied to the first processing device and the second end of the at least one rod-shaped workpiece can be supplied to the second processing device. The arrangement of the sawing device and the at least one chamfering device of each processing device has been chosen so as to achieve high efficiency in the system, making particularly cost-effective processing of rod-shaped workpieces possible.
Blade sharpening system
A blade sharpening system may include a sharpening tool for sharpening a workpiece. The system may also include a sharpening fixture having a mounting surface for mounting a workpiece to be sharpened by the sharpening tool. The mounting surface may be disposed on a sled that is movable along a sharpening path that passes under a sharpening implement that may be mounted to a movable arm of the sharpening tool when the arm is in an engaged position. The movement of the sled may be coupled to the movement of the arm such that moving the arm from a disengaged position to the engaged position initiates the sled to move in a first direction along the sharpening path and moving the arm from the engaged position to the disengaged position initiates the sled to move along the sharpening path in a second direction.

The cutting apparatus further comprises a cutting element for cutting a material, and a first plurality of rotating elements for supporting the material during cutting operations. The cutting element can be movable vertically for positioning the cutting element adjacent to the material to be cut, and the first plurality of rotating elements can be movable vertically to align with the material. A method for cutting a material comprises the steps of positioning the material on a plurality of rotating members, moving the plurality of rotating members vertically, gripping the material with the chuck, rotating the chuck to rotate the material, and cutting the material with a cutter.
