A drive unit for rotationally driving a saw blade in a saw blade plane (S) is arranged on the saw head. In addition, at least one interface for selectively coupling an electrical energy storage device is arranged on the slide. The interface is electrically connected to the drive unit. Moreover, a saw assembly containing such a sawing device and at least one electrical energy storage device is presented. The electrical energy storage device is coupled to the sawing device via at least one interface.
Twin saw blade cutter
The present utility model relates to a twin saw blade cutter, improves upon the existing foundation of inner and outer saw blades, small and large output shafts, first and second gearwheels and a power gear shaft, etc., in that the small output shaft is designed with a first annular locking groove and a second annular locking groove located between the first and second gearwheels, a first locking spring which presses against a fifth bearing is mounted in the first annular locking groove, a second locking spring is mounted in the second annular locking groove, and at the same time a flexible piece which arches towards the side of the second locking spring is further sleeved on the small output shaft, the two ends of the flexible piece pressing against the second gearwheel and the second locking spring respectively. After adopting the above solution, it is possible to not only prevent outward protrusion of the small output shaft, but also prevent retraction of the small output shaft, and at the same time absorb the cumulative manufacturing tolerance of the various components and preload the small output shaft in the axial direction, thereby ensuring coincidence of the axial positions of the two shafts such that the inner saw blade has a limited amount of space for sliding movement left and right, and ensuring that there is an appropriate gap between the two saw blades at all times, such that the cutting operation may proceed smoothly and reliably.
HAND-HELD CUTTING TOOL
A hand-held cutting tool includes a cutting member, a motor, a housing, a baseplate, a drive shaft, a transmission device and a shield. The motor has an output shaft rotating around a first axis. The housing is provided with a handle portion. The baseplate having a supporting surface connects to the housing and is rotatable about a second axis. The drive shaft drives the cutting member to rotate around a third axis perpendicular to the first axis. The shield encloses at least in part the cutting member in a circumferential direction of the third axis. The first axis obliquely intersects the supporting surface. The supporting surface is parallel to the third axis. The shield and the handle portion are disposed on a same side of the supporting surface. The second axis is parallel to the third axis.
CUTTING DEVICE
The first rotation lock mechanism 31 is configured such that a screw force produced by a rotation operation of an operation member 33 is transmitted to a lock member 42 via a transmission bracket 36 and a transmission rod 40. Through minimizing the length of the screw shaft 35, the transmission bracket 36, and the transmission rod 40, the position of a lock member which a screw shaft 35 is brought into contact with and the screw force is directly applied to is arranged to be closer to a user in comparison with conventional prior art. As a result, transmission loss of the screw force can be reduced, enhancing accuracy and consistency for the fixing force with respect to the table can be improved.
Dustless table saw
A dustless table saw with a built-in dust collection system is disclosed. The table saw uses a soft foldable seal to seal the gap between the blade slot and the blade housing, the blade housing has an internal extraction channel to maximize the dust collection. Another variation of the table saw utilizes a U-shaped blade housing with a divider. The table saw has a built-in raising/lowering mechanism to raise/lower the blade, and a built-in tilting mechanism to tile the blade. The table saw also utilizes an anti-dust blade guard to optimize the dust extraction.
Semi-autonomous rescue apparatus
A cutting device is configured to attach to a boom arm and includes a saw assembly with a cutting portion configured to cut into a target surface. The cutting device also includes a motor assembly coupled to the saw assembly. The motor assembly has at least two motors configured to rotate the saw assembly about two different axes. The cutting device further comprises a control system operatively coupled to the motor assembly. The control system has at least two sensors coupled to the saw assembly and the control system is configured to position the saw assembly to cut a target surface based on feedback from the at least sensors.
MITER SAW
A miter saw includes a base assembly, a bevel arm pivotably coupled to the base assembly, and a saw unit pivotably coupled to the bevel arm about a horizontal chop axis. The saw unit includes a saw blade rotatable about a blade axis and a motor having an output shaft inclined at an oblique included angle relative to the blade axis. The miter saw also includes a guide rail coupling the saw unit to the base assembly and a battery selectively electrically connectable with the motor to provide power to the motor. The bevel arm and saw unit are pivotable relative to the base assembly, from an orientation in which the saw blade is substantially vertical, in both a first direction about the bevel axis by a bevel angle of at least about 45 degrees and an opposite, second direction by a bevel angle of at least about 45 degrees.
