20250262678 · 2025-08-21 ·

An angle adjustable saw includes a handle including a first cover body and a second cover body. One of two ends of the handle includes an opening. A space is formed in the handle and communicates with the opening, the first pivot hole and the adjustment hole. A blade includes a clamping portion inserted into the space of the handle through the opening, and being pivotably relative to the handle by a control assembly. Multiple protrusions are formed on a distal end of the clamping portion. Multiple recesses are formed between the protrusions. The control assembly includes an elastic button and a limiting component respectively connected to the first and second cover bodies of the handle. The limiting component has a block and is movable by pushing the elastic button to engage the block with one of the recesses of the clamping portion to set the blade at an angle.

SAWZALL FLUSH-CUT BLADE ATTACHMENT DEVICE
20250296162 · 2025-09-25 ·

A Sawzall flush-cut blade attachment device is provided. The device is designed for use with a reciprocating saw, such as a Sawzall, to enable precise flush cuts in hard-to-reach areas. The device comprises a body with a first end shaped to securely fit into the saw's chuck, featuring two 90-degree bends that allow for enhanced maneuverability and alignment. These bends position the blade along the saw's outer edge, facilitating efficient flush cutting. A blade-receiving member, attached to the second end of the body, holds the cutting blade securely via a fastener mechanism that allows for quick blade changes. The blade's design varies depending on the material being cut, ensuring versatility and precision in cutting wood, metal, plastics, and masonry. The invention also includes a method for using the device, detailing steps for installation and operation to achieve accurate flush cuts.

Reciprocating tool

A power tool includes: a housing having a handle configured to be grasped by a user; a motor supported by the housing and defining a motor axis; a driving gear rotated by the motor about the motor axis; a driven gear defining a rotation axis that is parallel to the motor axis, the driven gear engaging the driving gear to be rotated by the driving gear about the rotation axis; a crankshaft coupled to and rotatable with the driven gear; a counterweight having a first yoke coupled to the driven gear to translate rotation of the driven gear into reciprocating motion of the counterweight; and a spindle having a second yoke coupled to the crankshaft to translate rotation of the driven gear into reciprocating motion of the spindle, wherein the counterweight and the spindle reciprocate opposite one another.
