Reciprocating tool
A reciprocating tool includes a housing, a support body, a slider, a motor, a driving mechanism, a first biasing member, a manipulation member and a first change mechanism. The housing has a first axis that defines a front-rear direction of the reciprocating tool. The support body is supported within the housing. The slider is supported by the support body to be linearly movable. The driving mechanism is operably coupled to the slider and configured to reciprocally move the slider relative to the support body using power of the motor. The first change mechanism is operably coupled to the manipulation member and configured to selectively enable and disable the first biasing member to bias the slider in response to manipulation of the manipulation member. When biasing of the slider by the first biasing member is enabled by the first change mechanism, the first biasing member biases the slider downward.
RECIPROCATING SAW
A reciprocating saw includes a housing, a motor, and a drive mechanism. The drive mechanism includes a driven gear that is rotated by the motor. The driven gear is vertically-oriented within the housing. The drive mechanism also includes a drive arm coupled to the driven gear to translate rotary motion of the driven gear into reciprocating motion, and an output shaft coupled to the drive arm to reciprocate relative to the housing along a spindle axis through a cutting stroke and a return stroke. The drive mechanism further includes a counterweight coupled to the driven gear and rotating with the driven gear through a path and in a same direction. As the counterweight moves through a rearward half of the path, the counterweight generally moves in an upward direction, and as the counterweight moves through a forward half of the path, the counterweight generally moves in a downward direction.
Reciprocating tool
A reciprocating tool includes: a motor; a gear case; a converting mechanism; a plunger; a sealing member; and an auxiliary sealing member. The converting mechanism is accommodated in the gear case and configured to convert rotating motion of the motor into reciprocating movement in a predetermined direction. The plunger is provided with a mounting portion on which an end bit is mountable, and is reciprocally movably supported to the gear case. The plunger is driven by the converting mechanism to reciprocally move in the predetermined direction. The plunger is reciprocally movably inserted into the sealing member in the predetermined direction. The sealing member is supported by the gear case. The auxiliary sealing member is supported by the sealing member and sealing an outer peripheral surface of the plunger.

Saw blade
A saw blade includes a cutting portion having consecutive first, second, and third cutting teeth. Each cutting tooth includes a rake surface, a relief surface, and a tip. The first cutting tooth includes a protrusion extending from the relief surface of the first cutting tooth. The cutting portion includes a first gullet positioned between the first cutting tooth and the second cutting tooth and a second gullet sized differently than the first gullet positioned between the second cutting tooth and the third cutting tooth. The cutting portion includes a first pitch extending over the first gullet from the tip of the first cutting tooth to the tip of the second cutting tooth. The cutting portion includes a second pitch different than the first pitch extending over the second gullet from the tip of the second cutting tooth to the tip of the third cutting tooth.
Reciprocating saw
A reciprocating saw includes a casing, a power assembly, a transmission assembly, a reciprocating assembly, a swing assembly, and a balance weight. The transmission assembly includes a first transmission member that is capable of being driven by the power assembly to rotate around a first axis. The swing assembly includes a floating support member configured to drive the reciprocating assembly to perform an orbital motion. The first transmission member is provided with a cam surface configured to be in contact with the floating support member to drive the floating support member to move in an up-and-down direction parallel to the first axis. The balance weight is provided with an escape opening, and the escape opening is disposed on a path on which the floating support member moves in the up-and-down direction.
Saw tool
A saw tool is provided, including: a rotatable member, a first end portion of the rotatable member being configured to be connected with a power source, a second end portion of the rotatable member including an insertion hole; and a driven assembly, driven by the rotatable member to be reciprocatably movable relative to the rotatable member; wherein the driven assembly includes a first end portion and a second end portion opposite to the first end portion, the first end portion being configured to be connected with a driving tool, the second end portion being slidably received within the insertion hole.

WORKING MACHINE
A front grease retention unit is provided under a front plunger and a wall is provided between the retention unit and a gear accommodation unit. Furthermore, a front grease receiving member is provided under the front plunger and a front metal bearing, and grease falling into the front grease receiving member is sent toward the outer circumferential face of the front plunger. The grease is pushed out by using the vertical oscillation of a front metal anchor bolt in orbital mode. A rear grease receiving member is provided under a rear plunger and a rear metal bearing, and grease falling into the rear grease receiving member is sent toward the outer circumferential face of the rear plunger. The grease in a grease reservoir groove is pushed out by using the vertical oscillation of a rear metal anchor bolt in orbital mode.
