The power source drives the two saw wheels to rotate and further drives the saw belt to circle. The trolley moves the food object so that the food object is cut by the saw belt. The saw belt has teeth oppositely at its two edges. The detector monitors intactness of the teeth and generates a warning signal when determining that any of the teeth is worn. The controlling device cuts off the power source and slows down the trolley when receiving the warning signal.
