Artificial antigen of aflatoxin biosynthetic precursor sterigmatocystin and method for preparing same

An artificial antigen of aflatoxin biosynthetic precursor Sterigmatocystin (ST) and a method for preparing same. Firstly, hydroxyacetic acid is reacted with the double bound of the difuran ring in the aflatoxin biosynthetic precursor ST, yielding an aflatoxin biosynthetic precursor ST hapten with an active carboxymethoxy group. Secondly, a carboxyl group on the ST hapten is attached to an amino group on a carrier protein. At last, the artificial antigen of aflatoxin biosynthetic precursor ST is obtained by dialysis and lyophilize.

The present disclosure relates to compositions and methods for treating or preventing a disease or disorder of immunoprivileged tissue. It is described herein that an immunogenic composition which induces production of memory CD4 T cells allows for the access of a therapeutic antibody to the immunoprivileged tissue.

Immunogenic antigens from Aspergillus fumigatus

The present invention provides the in-vitro use of at least one in-vivo-target antigen of Aspergillus fumigatus for selective activation, detection and/or analysis of Aspergillus fumigatus specific CD4.sup.+ T cells in a sample comprising cells, wherein said at least one in-vivo-target antigen reveals an immune reactivity characterized by i) the in vivo existence of antigen-specific T cells comprising more than 60% memory T cells and ii) said antigen-specific T cells further comprise T cells able to produce IFN-gamma upon stimulation at a frequency between 15% and 80% and/or IL17 upon stimulation at a frequency between 5% and 30%. Said at least one in-vivo-target antigen may be selected from the group consisting of antigens Scw4, Pst1, Shm2, GliT and TpiA or fragments thereof. Also provided are a method, a composition, and a kit thereof.

EMULSIFIED VACCINE TO OBTAIN FORMULATIONS OF CONCENTRATED IGY IMMUNOGLOBULINS; PROCESSES AND USES FOR THE SAME

The present invention relates to a therapy for treating or preventing several diseases in animals, based on the administration of a highly concentrated avian derived immunoglobulins formulation, obtained from the egg yolk from hens previously hiper-immunized with a vaccine formulation comprising infectious agents or toxins antigens, a light mineral oil and a particulate adjuvant.

STRUCTURAL AND FUNCTIONAL CHARACTERISTICS OF YEAST-DERIVED POLYSACCHARIDE INDUCING TREG CELL
20210369766 · 2021-12-02 ·

The present invention relates to a yeast-derived polysaccharide inducing Treg cells and a use thereof and, more particularly, to a polysaccharide comprising mannan and β-glucan, an composition for immunomodulation comprising the polysaccharide as an active ingredient, a pharmaceutical composition or food comprising the polysaccharide as an active ingredient for prevention or treatment of immune disease or inflammatory disease, a method for preparation of regulatory T cells by using the polysaccharide, a cell therapeutic agent comprising the regulatory T cells prepared by the preparation method as an active ingredient, and a treatment method using same. Even at a low dose, the novel polysaccharide according to the present invention allows the production of tolerogenic antigen presenting cells through the β-glucan and mannan structure retained therein, whereby the novel polysaccharide can induce the differentiation or production of antigen-specific regulatory T cells (Treg cells) to modulate the target immune system with low adverse effects. Therefore, MGCP and the Treg cells induced by the polysaccharide are effective for preventing or treating immune disease or inflammatory disease.

TREATMENT AND DETECTION OF INFECTION AND DISEASE ASSOCIATED WITH DIFFERENT FUNGAL PATHOGENS
