Skid Steer Cutting Attachment
20180178297 · 2018-06-28 ·

Cutting apparatus attachable to a skid steer. The apparatus includes a house attached to a skid steer. The house is attached to an arm, which is attached to a motor that drives a blade. A single hydraulic circuit originating from the skid steer powers both the motor and a cylinder that is capable of pivoting the arm or rotating a guard that partially surrounds the blade. The user is able to operate the motor and cylinder independently of one another. The cutting apparatus is capable of cutting a straight line on horizontal, raised, and vertical surfaces.

Machine tool with recirculating coolant filtration system

Apparatus, systems, and/or methods for filtering, recapture, and/or recirculation of coolant are disclosed. In some examples, coolant (e.g., coolant fluid) is used to cool and/or clean a machine, such as a material removal machine, for example. In some examples, a recirculation tank may be in fluid communication with an inlet and/or outlet of a cabinet (and/or housing) of the machine. The recirculation tank may include a recapture reservoir having a filtering surface configured to prevent particulates, debris, and/or swarf from being recirculated with the coolant. A vibration device (e.g., a vibration motor and/or vibrating actuator), may be in contact with and/or configured to vibrate (and/or shake, rattle, oscillate, etc.) the filtering surface, recapture reservoir, and/or recirculation tank so as to keep the filter free from obstruction and/or help settle and/or compact filtered particulates in a bottom of the recapture reservoir and/or recirculation tank.

Stabilized cutting tool assemblies

Stabilized cutting tool assemblies. A cutting tool assembly for use with a reference surface includes a tool holder having a rotational axis. The tool holder is arranged for attachment to a drive source arranged to rotate the tool holder and move the tool holder relative to a reference surface. The cutting tool assembly includes a rotatable cutting tool coupled to the tool holder. The cutting tool includes a cutting surface and has a first portion and a second portion. The first portion is disposed adjacent the tool holder. The cutting tool assembly includes a stabilizer coupled to the cutting tool adjacent the second portion. The stabilizer has a bearing surface. The bearing surface is positioned on the second portion to abut the reference surface and to stabilize the cutting tool when the drive source moves the tool holder and the cutting tool to a position adjacent the reference surface.

A power tool may include a body arranged to support a rotatable work tool. The body may include a front handle and a rear handle. The front handle may be arranged between the rotatable work tool and the rear handle. The power tool may further include a liquid dispensing system for adding a controlled amount of liquid to the rotatable work tool. The liquid dispensing system may include a valve for adjusting a flow of liquid in the liquid dispensing system. The valve may include a control member arranged on a portion of the body separate from the front handle but adjacent to the front handle such that the control member is operable by a hand gripping the front handle.

Lubricant flow control management for saw guides

A saw guide for a saw arbor guide assembly comprises a head, a body, and one or more passages. The head has one or more intake channels adapted to supply lubricant to the saw guide. The body is connected to the head, with the body located between adjacent ones of the saw blades. The body has first and second faces, with the body further having a plurality of lubricant openings located on one or both of the first and second faces for supplying the lubricant to the saw blades. The passages extend through the head and the body and connect each of the intake channels with the lubricant openings, with the passages configured to carry lubricant from the one or more intake channels to the lubricant openings. For each of the lubricant openings, a flow control valve is located in the passage proximate to the lubricant opening to control a flow of lubricant through the lubricant opening. The flow control valves are configured to differentially control the flow of lubricant to the lubricant openings.

Saw guide support pad

A support pad for a saw guide includes a first pad face and a second pad face opposite the first pad face. The first pad face includes an inner region and an outer region. The outer region surrounds the inner region. The outer region includes at least two pad openings and a pad channel. The pad openings are adapted to allow lubricant from the saw guide to pass through the support pad and to exit from the outer region. The pad channel extends between at least two of the pad openings. The pad channel provides a path for the lubricant to travel. The second pad face is adapted to be attached to the saw guide.

Material cutting and grinding device

A material cutting and grinding device is provided. The material cutting and grinding device includes a shaft, a rotor assembly, a cutting grinding sheet, a fixture and a channel set. The rotor assembly includes a housing, a rotor, an air intake opening, blades and accommodating grooves. The rotor is accommodated in a holding groove of the housing. The rotor is sleeved on the shaft. The accommodating grooves are passed through the rotor. The blades are passed through the accommodating grooves. The cutting grinding sheet is connected to the other end of the shaft. The fixture clamps the cutting grinding sheet. The channel set includes a shaft channel and a gas channel. The shaft channel is passing through the shaft. The gas channel is disposed on the fixture. The gas channel is connected to the shaft channel.
