The first cutting tooth includes a protrusion extending from the relief surface of the first cutting tooth. The cutting portion includes a first gullet positioned between the first cutting tooth and the second cutting tooth and a second gullet sized differently than the first gullet positioned between the second cutting tooth and the third cutting tooth. The cutting portion includes a first pitch extending over the first gullet from the tip of the first cutting tooth to the tip of the second cutting tooth. The cutting portion includes a second pitch different than the first pitch extending over the second gullet from the tip of the second cutting tooth to the tip of the third cutting tooth.
TIPPED CIRCULAR SAW AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING TIPPED CIRCULAR SAW
The invention proposes a tipped circular saw blade (10) comprising a saw body (11) with a peripheral circular region made of a first material, the peripheral circular region having a plurality of slots (12), and a plurality of tips (13) made of a second material, each tip (13) fixed to a respective slot (12) to form a saw tooth (14) defined between an anterior gullet (15) and a posterior gullet (16), each saw tooth (14) having a cutting edge (141). In accordance with the invention, each saw tooth (14) has a leading face (142) defined between the anterior gullet (15) and the cutting edge (141), the leading face (142) having a profile that includes a single curved surface formed by an R radius, the curved surface encompassing the first material and the second material. The invention further proposes a method of manufacturing a tipped circular saw blade (10), the method comprising a step of forming a saw body (11) with a peripheral circular region made of a first material, the peripheral circular region having a plurality of slots (12); a step of joining a plurality of prefabricated tips (13a), made of a second material, to the respective slots (12) of the peripheral region of the saw body (11), obtaining a preliminary tipped circular saw blade (10a); and a step of grinding the preliminary tipped circular saw blade (10a) to form a plurality of saw teeth (14), each saw tooth (14) defined between an anterior gullet (15) and a posterior gullet (16), and having a cutting edge (141) and a leading face (142) defined between the anterior gullet (15) and the cutting edge (141), the leading face (142) having a profile that includes a single curved surface formed by an R radius, the curved surface encompassing the first material and the second material.

Harvesting knife and method for the production thereof
A harvesting knife has a base body, which is configured to be applied in a manner rotating in a machine around a drive rotational axis allocated to said base body, and having a plurality of teeth on its circumference. Prior to a first application, at least one of the teeth has at least one cutter formed thereon.
MACHINING TOOL HAVING ASYMMETRICAL TEETH HAVING CUTTING PARTICLES
A machining tool (1) includes a tooth (3) having a tooth tip (4) being covered with cutting particles (5) to form a plurality of geometrically undefined cutting portions. The tooth tip (4) is designed to be asymmetrical. The machining tool (1) thus is a 2-in-1 machining tool including differently designed sides of the tooth tips (4) which are suitable for efficiently machining different materials.
Apparatuses, systems, and methods for removing and installing a slasher tooth in a saw blade
An apparatus, system, and method for withdrawing slasher teeth from a slasher saw are provided. The apparatus has a handle, and a forked portion is connected to one end of the handle. A gap is formed between two prongs of the forked portion. A floating shank positioner is positioned at least partially within the gap. At least one common hole is formed through the two prongs of the forked portion. When the slasher tooth is connected to the at least one common hole, pivoting of the handle removes the slasher tooth from the pocket of the saw.
Reversible metal-detecting sawmill system
A machine-driven saw blade including (1) a blade body having a blade body edge with a plurality of primary saw teeth for cutting during blade movement in a first direction, the primary teeth spaced at a primary tooth pitch and each having a primary tooth tip and primary-tooth leading and trailing edges and (2) at least one secondary saw tooth on the trailing edge of a subset of primary saw teeth, the at least one secondary saw tooth having a secondary tooth tip and a secondary-tooth leading edge configured for cutting during blade movement in a second direction opposite the first direction.
Segmented Cutting Type Tipped Saw Blade
A segmented cutting type tipped saw blade includes a first ridge tip, a second ridge tip, a first end tip, and a second end tip. A first end of the first end tip, a second end of the second end tip, a tip end of the first ridge tip, and a tip end of the second ridge tip project radially outward.
