Saw blade
A reciprocating saw blade includes a body defining a longitudinal axis. The saw blade includes a cutting portion having a plurality of cutting teeth. Each cutting tooth includes a tip, a rake face at least partially defining a gullet, a relief surface, and a protrusion extending from an end of the relief surface. The protrusion of each cutting tooth inhibits a nail from entering the gullet. The tips of the plurality of cutting teeth define a first plane that is generally parallel to the longitudinal axis and the protrusions of the plurality of cutting teeth define a second plane that is generally parallel to the longitudinal axis. A distance between the first plane and the second plane is at most 0.035 inches, and a distance between the protrusion of one cutting tooth and the tip of an adjacent cutting tooth, measured generally parallel to the longitudinal axis, is 0.08 inches.
Handsaw
A handsaw with which chip clogging is eliminated significantly, the pitch of the tooth points kept fine rather than coarse, a large area secured for the cut end face, degradation in cutting caused by the chip clogging prevented sufficiently. The handsaw has a plurality of saw teeth arranged on a longitudinal edge (21) of the saw blade (20). The saw teeth are formed as prism-shaped teeth (30) each having a shape of a prism, which are configured such that at least adjacent prism-shaped teeth (30) rise at a same rising angle from the edge surface (21a) of the longitudinal edge (21) of the saw blade (20), to cause the space (S) between the adjacent prism-shaped teeth to be constant in the rising direction.
TOOTH FORMATIONS AND ARRANGEMENT FOR A SAW BLADE
A saw blade can include a blade body having a cutting edge defined by multiple teeth. The teeth can be disposed in a repeating pattern including a raker tooth, a first set tooth having a light offset to a right side of the blade body, a second set tooth having a heavy offset to the left side of the blade body, a second raker tooth, a third set tooth having a light offset to the left side, and a fourth set tooth having a heavy offset to the right side of the blade body. Each tooth can include a tip, rake face, gullet having a gullet depth, and one or more clearance surfaces. The pitch distance and gullet depth of the heavy offset teeth can be less than the pitch distances and gullet depths of the remaining teeth to provide an increased amount of strength for the heavy offset teeth.
Reciprocating saw blade for preparing fish
This disclosure relates to a reciprocating saw blade for preparing fish. The reciprocating saw blade can comprise a blade and a wing. The blade can attach to a reciprocating blade. The blade can comprise a tip, a cutting edge, a spine, and a heel. The cutting edge can have continuous wavy serrations formed through a tooth from a plurality of teeth. The tip can form an inward curve towards the cutting edge. The cutting edge can be at one side of the blade while the spine can be at the opposite side. The spine can form an equidistant parallel line with the cutting edge. The heel can be at the rear end of the cutting edge. The wing can be at the rear end of the blade and can have an orifice and a prong. The orifice can be compatible to a quick-release mechanism of the reciprocating blade.
Reciprocating saw blade for preparing fish
This disclosure relates to a reciprocating saw blade for filleting and preparing fish. The reciprocating saw blade can comprise a blade and a wing. The blade can be attachable to a reciprocating blade. The blade can comprise a tip, a spine, a cutting edge and a heel. The spine can be at one side of the blade. The spine can have a concave form from the tip up to the middle side edge section of the blade and can form a straight edge from the middle section up to the rear side edge section of the blade. The cutting edge can have a continuous set of serrations formed through a tooth from a plurality of teeth. The cutting edge can comprise a grind that divides the spine and the cutting edge. The grind can taper from the middle section of the blade to the cutting edge.
Garments having muscle enhancement device and method of the making the same
The present invention describes a muscle enhancement device comprises a pad sandwiched between two pieces of fabric. The pad is surround by a transitional edge. When muscle enhancement device is being worn properly, the muscle enhancement device is changed from a relaxed state to a stretched state and pad provides a soft, comfortable diffused and obscure edge.
Band saw blade
A band saw blade can include a blade body having a longitudinally extending back edge along one side and a cutting edge defined by multiple teeth on an opposing side of the blade body. Each tooth can have tip, a rake face disposed along the front side of the tooth, and a relief surface disposed along the opposing rear side of the tooth. A gullet can be disposed between each pair of teeth and can extend from the rake face of one tooth to the relief surface of the next adjacent tooth in the cutting direction. A notch can be defined by the junction of the rake face and the gullet. The rake face can be disposed at a positive angle and with the notch can promote the movement of swarf generated by the tip cutting a work piece into the gullet.
BAND SAW BLADE FOR CUTTING STRUCTURAL WORKPIECES
A band saw blade may include a cutting edge defined by a number of teeth. Each tooth may include a tip, a rake face, a primary clearance surface defining a primary relief angle, a secondary clearance surface defining a secondary relief angle greater than the primary relief angle, a tertiary clearance surface defining a tertiary relief angle greater than the secondary relief angle, a first curvilinear protrusion formed between the secondary clearance surface and the tertiary clearance surface, a gullet surface, and a second curvilinear protrusion formed between the rake face and the gullet surface. The teeth may be spaced at varying pitch distances such that a difference between a minimum teeth per inch (TPI) based on a maximum pitch distance and a maximum TPI based on a minimum pitch distance is equal to or greater than 1, and may define a kerf width between 0.115 inches to 0.140 inches.
SAW BLADE
A reciprocating saw blade includes a body having a first end portion, a second end portion, and a plunge point formed on the second end portion of the body. The plunge point includes a leading tooth and a leading gullet. The leading tooth includes a rake face and a tip. The leading gullet includes a base extending from the rake face of the leading tooth to the plurality of cutting teeth. The plunge point includes a second tooth protruding from the base of the leading gullet. The second tooth includes a tip positioned further from the base of the leading gullet than the tip of the second tooth in a direction transverse to a longitudinal axis of the body. The cutting portion also includes a plurality of gullets formed between a plurality of cutting teeth. The leading gullet is larger than each gullet of the plurality of gullets.
