Pole retainer system
A spider hub pole retaining assembly may include a hub, poles and a retainer. The hub may include channels extending radially outward in a plane. The poles maybe pivotably coupled to the hub near a center of the hub so as to be pivotable between a first position in which the poles extend radially outwardly through the channels in the plane and a second position in which the poles extend away from the outside of the channels. The retainer may include a top rotatably supported by the hub and hooks extending from the top. The top is rotatable between a retaining position in which the hooks receive the poles when the poles are in the first position and a releasing position in which the hooks are angularly offset with respect to the channels to facilitate withdrawal of the poles from the channels.
SAW BLADE
A reciprocating saw blade includes a body defining a longitudinal axis. The saw blade includes an attachment portion coupled to the body. The attachment portion is able to couple to a reciprocating saw. The saw blade further includes a cutting portion having a plurality of cutting teeth. Each cutting tooth includes a tip and a protrusion spaced a first distance from the tip. The protrusion of a respective cutting tooth is spaced a first distance from the tip of the cutting tooth in a direction parallel to the longitudinal axis. A gullet is defined between the tip of a first cutting tooth and the protrusion of an adjacent second cutting tooth. The gullet includes a gullet width in a direction parallel to the longitudinal axis. The first distance is greater than the gullet width.
RECIPROCATING SAW BLADE
A saw blade for use with a power tool includes a body with a first planar surface and a second planar surface opposite the first planar surface. The saw blade also includes an attachment portion that is configured to couple to the power tool. The attachment portion includes a tang and an aperture. The saw blade further includes a cutting edge with a plurality of cutting teeth and a plurality of hexagons formed on the first planar surface. The plurality of hexagons are arranged in a honeycomb pattern in which at least one side of each hexagon is substantially parallel to a corresponding side of an adjacent hexagon.
SAW BLADE HAVING RAMP ELEMENTS WITH A VARIABLE CURVE GEOMETRY
A saw blade includes a body, saw blade teeth disposed on a first edge of the body, and a ramp element disposed on a second edge of the body, the second edge opposing the first edge. The ramp element is repeated along the longitudinal axis of the body to define a ramp element pattern. The ramp element includes a rise portion disposed proximal to a cutting direction of the saw blade and a relief portion disposed distal to the cutting direction of the saw blade. At least one of the rise portion and the relief portion of the ramp element defines a variable curve geometry.
Reciprocating Saw Blade Having Teeth Formed of a Cemented Ceramic Material Welded to the Body of the Blade
Embodiments of the disclosure relate to a reciprocating saw blade. The reciprocating saw blade includes a body having a first end, a second end spatially disposed from the first end, a spine edge, and a cutting edge opposite to the spine edge. The reciprocating saw blade also includes a plurality of teeth defining a cutting portion of the cutting edge. Each tooth of the plurality of teeth includes a base having a unitary construction with the body. The base is made of a first material having a first hardness. A tip is welded to the base, and the tip is made of a cemented ceramic material having a second hardness that is greater than the first hardness. The cemented ceramic material includes tungsten carbide particles and at least 3 wt % of other particles including one or more cubic carbides.
Blade for a reciprocating saw
A blade is usable with a reciprocating saw. The blade includes an attachment portion configured to couple to the reciprocating saw and a body extending from the attachment portion. The body includes a first profile portion and a second profile portion extending from the first profile portion. The second profile portion has a height less than a height of the first profile portion. The blade also includes a plurality of teeth formed on the body and defining a toothed cutting edge. The blade also includes a tip portion formed at a distal end of the second profile portion and terminating in a pointed tip. The pointed tip is configured to punch a hole through the workpiece and includes a toothless cutting edge extending substantially parallel to the toothed cutting edge. The toothless cutting edge extends from the toothed cutting edge to the pointed tip.
Tool device
A tool has at least one point, at least one working edge, at least one edge, which connects to the point and is located opposite of the working edge and which has at least one first edge region that is straight and forms an inclination angle between 0 and 2.5 with the working edge. The edge has a second edge region, which has a different inclination than the first edge region.
Saw blade
A reciprocating saw blade includes a body defining a longitudinal axis. The saw blade includes a cutting portion having a plurality of cutting teeth. Each cutting tooth includes a tip, a rake face at least partially defining a gullet, a relief surface, and a protrusion extending from an end of the relief surface. The protrusion of each cutting tooth inhibits a nail from entering the gullet. The tips of the plurality of cutting teeth define a first plane that is generally parallel to the longitudinal axis and the protrusions of the plurality of cutting teeth define a second plane that is generally parallel to the longitudinal axis. A distance between the first plane and the second plane is at most 0.035 inches, and a distance between the protrusion of one cutting tooth and the tip of an adjacent cutting tooth, measured generally parallel to the longitudinal axis, is 0.08 inches.
Reciprocating saw blade for preparing fish
This disclosure relates to a reciprocating saw blade for preparing fish. The reciprocating saw blade can comprise a blade and a wing. The blade can attach to a reciprocating blade. The blade can comprise a tip, a cutting edge, a spine, and a heel. The cutting edge can have continuous wavy serrations formed through a tooth from a plurality of teeth. The tip can form an inward curve towards the cutting edge. The cutting edge can be at one side of the blade while the spine can be at the opposite side.
