THREAD-CUTTING DIE HEAD FOR POWERED PIPE THREADER
A thread-cutting die head includes a die carrier supporting thread-cutting dies, a cam plate coaxial with the die carrier including cam members displacing the cutting dies in a radial direction in response to relative rotation between the cam plate and the die carrier, and a locking system. The locking system includes a bushing, a die-locking arm pivotably supported upon the bushing, a positioning screw extending through an arcuate slot in the cam plate and the die-locking arm, the bushing threaded to the positioning screw, and a coupler coupled for co-rotation with the bushing and engaged with the die-locking arm when the coupler is in a first position, in which rotation of the die-locking arm in a first direction rotates the bushing in a tightening direction, imparting a clamping force between the bushing and the cam plate to lock the rotational position of the cam plate relative to the die carrier.
Lubrication system for portable pipe threader
A portable pipe threader includes a housing, a carriage, and at least one pipe threading tool. A drive assembly of the is at least partially positioned within the housing and includes an electric motor operable to provide torque to the pipe. A lubrication system is removably coupled to the housing and includes a reservoir for holding a lubricant and a pump powered by the drive assembly. A stand of the portable pipe threader is adjustable between collapsed and deployed states. When collapsed, a longitudinal axis of the housing is maintained at a first oblique angle relative to a horizontal reference plane parallel with a work surface upon which the stand is supported to funnel lubricant toward the reservoir. When deployed, the longitudinal axis is maintained at a second oblique angle to funnel lubricant away from an end of the pipe on which a working operation is performed.

Handheld lithium battery threading machine and threading method
A handheld lithium battery threading machine includes a die head, a motor assembly, a lithium battery assembly, a toothed disc assembly, a support arm body assembly, and a gearbox assembly. The lithium battery assembly is connected to the motor assembly. The motor assembly and the toothed disc assembly are respectively mounted at both ends of the gearbox assembly. The die head is mounted on the toothed disc assembly, and the support arm body assembly is mounted on the gearbox assembly and matched with the die head. The motor assembly includes a motor, a male plug, a main switch, a handle, an air inlet window, and an air outlet window, where the motor, the male plug, and the main switch are all mounted on the handle. Both the air inlet window and the air outlet window are arranged on the handle.
