The present invention concerns fixed dosing of HER antibodies, such as Pertuzumab.

PRIME-BOOST REGIMENS INVOLVING ADMINISTRATION OF AT LEAST ONE mRNA CONSTRUCT
20230210965 · 2023-07-06 · ·

The present invention relates to novel prime-boost regimens that involve the administration of at least one mRNA construct, such as the use of such constructs in “boost” administration subsequently to “prime” administration of certain other antigenic composition(s). Such inventive regimens may, in particular, be useful for the induction of an immune response in a subject, and/or the vaccination of such subject against infection from one or more pathogens, and/or the treatment or prevention of one or more diseases or conditions, including a tumour or cancer, allergy or autoimmune conditions, and/or a disease or condition associated with infection from a pathogen. The present invention further describes methods, uses, vaccination compositions, kits and packaged vaccine components related to or useful for one or more of such regimens

Anti-CSF1R Antibody and Anti-PD-1 Antibody Combination Therapy for Cancer

Methods of treating cancer with antibodies that bind colony stimulating factor 1 receptor (CSF1R) in combination with PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors are provided.

ANTIBODY NEUTRALIZING HUMAN RESPIRATORY SYNCYTIAL VIRUS

The present invention relates to monoclonal antibodies which have high anti-RSV neutralizing titers. The invention further provides for isolated nucleic acids encoding the antibodies of the invention and host cells transformed therewith. The invention yet further provides for diagnostic, prophylactic and therapeutic methods employing the antibodies and nucleic acids of the invention, particularly as a passive immunotherapy agent in infants and the elderly.

In some embodiments, methods of treating a subject include: administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of a composition comprising a cytoplast. Also, provided herein are compositions (e.g., pharmaceutical compositions) that include a cytoplast. Also, provided herein are kits comprising instructions for using the compositions or methods.

HETEROLOGOUS COMBINATION PRIME:BOOST THERAPY AND METHODS OF TREATMENT

The present disclosure provides a Farmington virus formulated to induce an immune response in a mammal against a tumour associated antigen. The Farmington virus may express an antigenic protein that includes an epitope from the tumour associated antigen. The Farmington virus may be formulated in a composition where the virus is separate from an antigenic protein that includes an epitope from the tumour associated antigen. The present disclosure also provides a prime:boost therapy for use in inducing an immune response in a mammal. The boost includes a Farmington virus, or a composition that includes a Farmington virus.

Breast cancer vaccine

Compositions and methods for immunization against human breast cancer are disclosed. A breast cancer vaccine comprises an immunogenic polypeptide comprising human α-lactalbumin.

METHODS OF TREATING CHRONIC LYMPHOCYTIC LEUKEMIA USING 2-(2,6-DIOXOPIPERIDIN-3-YL)-4-((2-FLUORO-4-((3-MORPHOLINOAZETIDIN-1-YL)METHYL)BENZYL)AMINO)ISOINDOLINE-1,3-DIONE

Provided herein are methods of using 2-(2,6-dioxopiperidin-3-yl)-4-((2-fluoro-4-((3-morpholinoazetidin-1-yl)methyl)benzyl)amino)isoindoline-1,3-dione, or an enantiomer, a mixture of enantiomers, a tautomer, an isotopolog, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, alone or in combination with obinutuzumab, for treating, preventing or managing chronic lymphocytic leukemia/small lymphocytic lymphoma.

Adoptive t-cell therapy

The present invention generally relates to T-cells, such as CD8+ T-cells, CD4+ T-cells, CD3+ T-cells, γδ T-cells or natural killer (NK) T-cells, transfected/transduced with a fusion protein which is recruited by the use of trivalent, bispecific antibody molecule which specifically binds to/interacts with the extracellular domain of the fusion protein. More precisely, the present invention relates to a kit comprising the nucleic acid molecules, vectors and/or the fusion proteins of the present invention and the trivalent, bispecific antibody molecules of the present invention. Further aspects of the inventions are expression vectors comprising nucleic acid molecules encoding the fusion proteins as well as the trivalent, bispecific antibody molecules. Further, a process for the production of the trivalent, bispecific antibody molecules of the invention and a medicament/pharmaceutical composition comprising said trivalent, bispecific antibody molecules are described. The invention also provides the use of said trivalent, bispecific antibody molecules in a method for the treatment of particular diseases as well as a pharmaceutical compositions/medicament comprising said trivalent, bispecific antibody molecules, wherein said trivalent, bispecific antibody molecule(s) is (are) to be administered in combination with transduced T-cells comprising the fusion protein of the invention. The invention also provides a method for the treatment of particular diseases.
