ALHYDROGEL-SODIUM CHLORIDE COMPOUND IMMUNOLOGIC ADJUVANT, PREPARATION METHOD AND USE THEREOF (As Amended)
The invention belongs to the field of biological medicine, in particular refers to an alhydrogel-sodium chloride compound immunologic adjuvant, preparation method and use thereof. The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a well-behaved and novel immunologic adjuvant. The technical solution for solving the technical problem of the invention is to provide the use of sodium chloride in preparing immunologic adjuvant and the alhydrogel-sodium chloride compound immunologic adjuvant obtained on the basis thereof. The compound immunologic adjuvant mainly includes alhydrogel and sodium chloride. The alhydrogel-sodium chloride compound immunologic adjuvant of the invention is an excellent compound immunologic adjuvant, which can be used for various antigens, and provides a new and effective choice for the development and application of vaccines due to the advantages of simple and convenient use, low cost, strong immune activity, high clinical safety and the like.
Vaccine comprising Streptococcus pneumoniae capsular polysaccharide conjugates
The present invention discloses an immunogenic composition comprising S. pneumoniae capsular saccharide conjugates from serotypes 19A and 19F wherein 19A is conjugated to a first bacterial toxoid and 19F is conjugated to a second bacterial toxoid. Vaccines, methods of making vaccines and uses of the vaccines are also described.
Injectable vaccines against multiple meningococcal serogroups
An injectable immunogenic composition comprising capsular saccharides from at least two of serogroups A, C, W135 and Y of Neisseria meningitidis, wherein said capsular saccharides are conjugated to carrier protein(s) and/or are oligosaccharides, and wherein (i) the composition comprises <50 g meningococcal saccharide per dose, and/or (ii) the composition further comprises an antigen from one or more of: (a) serogroup B N. meningitidis; (b) Haemophilus influenzae type B; and/or (c) Streptococcus pneumoniae. Saccharide antigens in the compositions are generally conjugated to a carrier.
INTRACELLULAR DELIVERY OF BIOMOLECULES TO INDUCE TOLERANCE
The present invention provides methods for inducing tolerance and/or suppressing an immune response to an antigen by passing a cell suspension containing an anucleate cell through a constriction, wherein the constriction deforms the cell thereby causing a perturbation of the cell such that an antigen and/or tolerogenic factor enters the cell. In some embodiments, the anucleate cell is delivered to an individual and the antigen is delivered to and processed in a tolerogenic environment to induce tolerance and/or suppress an immune response to the antigen.
Immunogenic composition
The present application discloses an immunogenic composition comprising at least 2 different N. meningitidis capsular saccharides, wherein one or more is/are selected from a first group consisting of MenA, MenC, MenY and MenW which is/are conjugated through a linker to a carrier protein(s), and one or more different saccharides is/are selected from a second group consisting of MenA, MenC, MenY and MenW which is/are directly conjugated to a carrier protein(s).
MULTIVALENT PNEUMOCOCCAL POLYSACCHARIDE-PROTEIN CONJUGATE COMPOSITION
Provided are mixed carrier, multivalent pneumococcal conjugate compositions comprising 21 different pneumococcal capsular polysaccharide-protein conjugates, wherein each of the conjugates includes a capsular polysaccharide from a different serotype of Streptococcus pneumoniae conjugated to either tetanus toxoid (TT) or CRM.sub.197, wherein the Streptococcus pneumoniae serotypes are selected from 1, 3, 4, 5, 6A, 6B, 7F, 8, 9N, 9V, 10A, 11A, 12F, 14, 15B, 18C, 19A, 19F, 22F, 23F, and 33F, where the capsular polysaccharides of two of serotypes 1, 3, and 5 and one or both of serotypes 15B and 22F are conjugated to TT and the remaining capsular polysaccharides are conjugated to CRM.sub.197. Also provided are methods of producing the mixed carrier, multivalent pneumococcal conjugate compositions and methods of using the same for prophylaxis against Streptococcus pneumoniae infection or disease in a subject.
Multivalent pneumococcal vaccines
Technologies for the prevention and/or treatment of pneumococcal infections.
VACCINE
The present invention is in the field of pneumococcal capsular saccharide conjugate vaccines. Specifically, the present invention relates to sized Streptococcus pneumoniae serotype 6A capsular polysaccharides, in particular Streptococcus pneumoniae serotype 6A capsular polysaccharides having the average size (e.g. M.sub.w) of the Streptococcus pneumoniae serotype 6A capsular polysaccharide is between 100-1000 kDa, suitably conjugated to a carrier protein.
Particles comprising single stranded RNA and double stranded RNA for immunomodulation
The present invention relates to chimeric particles comprising single stranded RNA (ssRNA), double stranded RNA (dsRNA) and at least one cationic agent, a pharmaceutical composition containing said particles and to a method of producing the same. The particles of the present invention are particularly useful as an immunostimulating medicament with a superlative pattern of immunostimulation.
Immunogenic composition
present application discloses an immunogenic composition comprising N. meningitidis capsular polysaccharides from at least one of serogroups A, C, W135 and Y conjugated to a carrier protein to produce a N. meningitidis capsular polysaccharide conjugate, wherein the average size of each N. meningitidis polysaccharide is above 50 kDa.
