Coating device and component mounting machine
A coating device includes a container, a driving device, and a control section. The container accommodates a liquid coating agent to be applied to multiple mounting portions of a board on which a component is to be mounted. The driving device horizontally moves and lifts and lowers a pin member between the container and the positioned board. The control section drives and controls the driving device to dip the pin member in the coating agent to apply the coating agent to each of the multiple mounting portions using the coating agent held by a distal end portion of the pin member.
Portable equipment for monitoring and controlling the level of oxygen in reflow oven atmosphere
The present invention describes a portable device for monitoring and controlling the level of residual oxygen in reflow oven atmosphere (1). This referred equipment is able to determine the quality of the atmosphere of a reflow oven, using parameters predetermined by the user. Therefore, the equipment performs the monitoring of the reflow oven atmosphere (1) controlling the level of residual oxygen of the reflow oven (1) by increasing or decreasing of the feed flow rate of nitrogen by the control that the microcontroller exerts over the proportional valve of nitrogen flow control (9), by opening or closing the valves to kept such predetermined values.
Semiconductor die dipping structure
A die dipping structure includes a plate including a first recessed portion having a first depth and filled with a first flux material. The plate further includes a second recessed portion, isolated from the first recessed portion, with a second depth and filled with a second flux material. The second depth is different from the first depth. The die dipping structure further includes a motor configured to move the plate so as to simultaneously dip a first die and a second die into the flux of the first recessed portion and the flux of the second recessed portion, respectively.
Condensation device, flux recovery device, soldering device, water vapor removing method, flux recovery method and solder processing method
Provided is a condensation device capable of removing water vapor from a larger amount of gas without making a size larger than in related art. A condensation device 700 according to the present invention includes an outer cooling unit 720 including one or two or more inner tubes 722, an outer tube 724 located outside the one or two or more inner tubes 722, and a first flow path 726 through which a first cooling medium passes between the one or two or more inner tubes 722 and the outer tube 724.
Soldering apparatus
A solder removing mechanism 520 is a solder removing mechanism for removing solder from conveyance claws 510 for conveying a substrate 200 to which the solder is supplied. The solder removing comprise an abutment body 530 that can relatively pass through recesses 511 of the conveyance claws 510 or below the conveyance claws 510.
