Hand tool for welding-torch maintenance
A hand tool for welding-torch maintenance, which can remove sputter adhering to a nozzle with sufficient working efficiency. The hand tool has a pair of metal stays turnably supported by a pivoting axis. The metal stays comprises grips handled by a user, 1st pinchings used for pulling a welding-wire, and 2nd pinchings used for removing sputter adhering to the nozzle. The 1st pinchings are configured so as to be inserted into the nozzle when the metal stays are closed. The 2nd pinchings have projections which are extended outside from the backs of the 1st pinchings and thrown out towards heads of the 1st pinchings. The sputter adhering to the inner-and-outer circumferential surfaces and end face of the nozzle are removed by inserting the 1st pinchings into the nozzle, inserting the end of the nozzle between the 2nd pinchings and the 1st pinchings, and moving the tool to scratch the sputter off the inner-and-outer circumferential surfaces and the end face of the nozzle.
PLIERS FOR CLEANING A NOZZLE OF A WELDING GUN
Pliers for cleaning a welding gun nozzle include a right and left handle. The right handle is configured to operate a top left gripping end and a bottom right nozzle cleaner. The left handle is configured to operate a top right gripping end and a bottom left nozzle cleaner. The right handle are hingedly fixed together about a connection point. When the left handle and the right handle are closed, the top left gripping end and the top right gripping end are configured to squeeze together and the bottom right nozzle cleaner and the bottom left nozzle cleaner are configured to spread apart. And, when the left handle and the right handle are opened, the top left gripping end and the top right gripping end are configured to spread apart and the bottom right nozzle cleaner and the bottom left nozzle cleaner are configured to come together.
Welding torch maintenance center
A welding torch maintenance apparatus and a welding tip changer are described. The welding torch maintenance apparatus and the welding tip changing apparatus each comprise a first gripping means for fastening the welding torch/diffuser so that the nozzle/welding tip is aligned with the rotational axis, a second gripping means for holding the nozzle/welding tip, the second gripping means rotates about the rotational axis to remove the nozzle/welding tip, and moves along the rotational axis. A drive means is provided for rotating the second gripping means, and a lift system is provided for moving the second gripping along the rotational axis. The welding torch maintenance apparatus further includes a cleaning means which enters the nozzle at the distal end and cleans an interior of the nozzle.

WELDING APPARATUS AND WELDING METHOD
A welding apparatus including: a welding unit (20) that includes a pair of electrode wheels (21A, 21B) arranged to face each other with a welding object therebetween; a pressing unit (30) that includes a pair of press rolls (31A, 31B) that are arranged to face each other with the welding object therebetween and press a welded portion of the welding object welded by the electrode wheels (21A, 21B); a cooling unit (40) that supplies a cooling medium toward the welded portion pressed by the press rolls; a heating unit (50) that heats the welded portion cooled by the cooling unit (40); and a moving body (10) that supports the welding unit (20), the pressing unit (30), the cooling unit (40), and the heating unit (50), and reciprocates in a welding direction of the welding object.
NOZZLE CLEANER DEVICE
A nozzle cleaner device attached to a tip end of a nozzle used in arc welding is provided. The nozzle cleaner device is for removing spatter attached to a tip end of a nozzle of an electrode for arc welding, including a main body provided within an operation area of a robot arm which operates the electrode, the main body of the cleaner device includes a tub-shaped box body and a polishing part erected at a center part of the bottom surface of the box body; the polishing part is made of a material softer than a metal which constitutes the nozzle, and formed in a cylinder shape that can be inserted into the nozzle; and the nozzle onto which spatter is attached is carried to the main body of the cleaner device to remove the spatter by means of the polishing part inserted into the nozzle.
ADAPTER MECHANISM AND A RELATED SYSTEM FOR A WELDING APPARATUS
A system for a welding apparatus including a welding cup; a hollow tubular adapter body extending longitudinally from a first end to a second end, an external surface of the adapter body defining one or more grooves extending about a circumference thereof and longitudinally disposed between the first and second end; and one or more O-rings configured to be installed about the adapter body and received in each of the one or more grooves; wherein the first end or the second end of the adapter body is engageable with a welding torch head and wherein the welding cup is configured to receive the other of the first end and the second end of the adapter body therein, the welding cup extending longitudinally along the adapter body such that the one or more O-rings is disposed between the adapter body and the welding cup.
WELDING TORCH CONSUMABLES CLEANING SYSTEMS
An system for maintenance of consumables of a welding torch includes: one or more sensors configured to monitor one or more conditions of one or more consumables of the welding torch; and control circuitry configured to: receive feedback corresponding to the one or more conditions of the one or more consumables from the one or more sensors; compare the feedback to one or more thresholds corresponding to the one or more conditions; and command the system to perform a cleaning operation on the one or more consumables based on the comparison.
