REMINERALISATION OF CALCIFIED TISSUE
A cosmetic and/or therapeutic treatment of tissue, such as tooth, is disclosed that effects, for instance, whitening and tissue re-building through mineralisation. Further, a method of performing iontophoresis utilizing an aqueous composition of a remineralising agent to achieve mineralisation is disclosed, as well as a kit for performing the mineralization or re-mineralization.

LONG POLY(A) PLASMIDS AND METHODS FOR INTRODUCTION OF LONG POLY(A) SEQUENCES INTO THE PLASMID
Disclosed herein are polynucleotides having a plurality of thymine nucleotides and an endonuclease recognition site inserted therein, methods of engineering the polynucleotides having a plurality of thymine nucleotides and an endonuclease recognition site inserted therein, and methods of enhancing transcription, translation, and increasing stability of a polynucleotide.
METHOD OF ENHANCING HUMAN IMMUNITY THROUGH SOLID WATER PARTICLES
A method for enhancing human immunity through administering a predetermined dosage of a solid water particle solution every day. When water solution that contains solid water particles are absorbed to the blood, the large electric field from the solid water particles will stimulate both the red blood cells the white blood cells to move quickly and excrete cytokines. The method developed by the applicant utilizes that when an aqueous solution containing solid water particles is absorbed into the blood, a large electric field from the solid water particles will stimulate red blood cells and white blood cells to move rapidly and produce cytokines. In this way, the content of cytokines in the human body can be increased, thereby enhancing the immune ability of the human body, and at the same time, the metabolism of the human body can be strengthened by speeding up the blood flow.
CAVITATION AGENT
The invention describes ultrasound-responsive particles comprising a polypeptide shell. The surface of the particle has one or more indentations which are generally able to entrap a gas bubble. The particles are capable of generating inertial cavitation on exposure to ultrasound. The particles are therefore useful in methods of treatment which involve inertial cavitation and in the delivery of drugs to target sites via inertial cavitation.

Non-invasive agent applicator
There is disclosed systems and methods for non-invasive delivery of an agent to biological tissues. Delivery of the agent to the tissues can be by one or more modalities. In some embodiments the systems and methods use agent carrier body including a tissue contacting surface for non-invasively engaging tissues under treatment. The tissue contacting surface can be at least partly defined by a plurality of protrusions that are in fluid communication with one or more reservoirs forming part of the agent carrier body. The protrusions may extend outward from an inside of a void and terminate at said tissue contacting surface.
