METHOD, DEVICE, AND SYSTEM FOR DETECTING WELDING SPOT QUALITY ABNORMALITIES BASED ON DEEP LEARNING
The present application relates to a method, device, and system for detecting welding spot quality abnormalities based on deep learning. The method includes: acquiring a dynamic welding parameter in a welding process corresponding to any target welding spot; inputting the dynamic welding parameter into a pre-trained dynamic welding parameter simulation model for simulation, and acquiring a welding simulation parameter output by the dynamic welding parameter simulation model; determining a deviation of the dynamic welding parameter from the welding simulation parameter, and determining that the target welding spot is an abnormal welding spot when the deviation is greater than a preset threshold. The solution of the present application can reduce the frequency of manual tearing down and batches for abnormality detection, which has a faster abnormality detection speed and may cover all welding spots.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR WELDING
A welding apparatus includes a welding rod; a temperature measuring jig to measure a temperature of the welding rod; and a welding rod cooler to cool the welding rod.
METHOD OF RESISTANCE SPOT WELDING AND RESISTANCE SPOT WELDING APPARATUS
Provided is a method of resistance spot welding that can inhibit breakage of a high-tensile steel plate without materials being limited. One aspect of the present disclosure is a method of resistance spot welding including welding of a workpiece made of layered steel plates with a resistance spot welding apparatus. The resistance spot welding apparatus includes a first electrode contacting a first steel plate that is a high-tensile steel plate among the steel plates, and a second electrode contacting a second steel plate having less tensile strength than the first steel plate among the steel plates and configured such that the workpiece is interposed between the first electrode and the second electrode. In the welding, the first steel plate is compressed in a direction that intersects a thickness direction of the first steel plate at least from during welding of the workpiece until completion of welding of the workpiece.
RESISTANCE SPOT WELDING METHOD AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING RESISTANCE SPOT WELD JOINT
A resistance spot welding method is disclosed for joining two or more steel sheets including at least one steel sheet having a tensile strength of 980 MPa or higher. The resistance spot welding method involves placing the steel sheets on top of each other to form a set of steel sheets to be welded, clamping the set of steel sheets with a pair of electrodes, and passing a current through the steel sheets while applying pressure thereto to join the steel sheets together. The resistance spot welding method includes an initial welding step of welding by passing a current I1 (kA) satisfying 2×√F1<I1≤10×√F1 while applying a welding force F1 (kN) satisfying 0.2×√t1<F1≤4×√t1, and a main welding step of forming a nugget having a predetermined nugget diameter. Spatter is produced in the initial welding step.
Swing arm assembly with lift assembly
A swing arm assembly includes a tip dresser, a flange, and a swing arm. The flange is coupled with the tip dresser. The swing arm includes a mounting base and an arm assembly. The arm assembly includes an arm, an extendible arm mount, and a head. The arm is coupled with the mounting base. The extendible arm mount is disposed within the arm and is slidable with respect to the arm along a first axis between a retracted position and an extended position. The head is mounted to the extendible arm mount and includes a support plate and an actuator. The actuator is coupled with the support plate. The tip dresser is coupled with the support plate. The actuator is operably coupled with the flange to facilitate selective sliding of the tip dresser with respect to the support plate.
