METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR IRRIGATING A CANNABIS PLANT
A method for irrigating a cannabis plant is disclosed. The method comprises, before a pruning of the cannabis plant, providing water to the cannabis plant at a first rate. The method comprises, performing said pruning of the cannabis plant. The method comprises, before said pruning, in a time window that extends from one hour before said pruning to one hour after said pruning, changing the rate of water provisioning to the cannabis plant from the first rate to a second rate, the second rate being lower than the first rate. The method further comprises, after said pruning of the cannabis plant, providing water to the cannabis plant at the second rate for at least 15 minutes.

Methods of tracing and/or sourcing plant material
Disclosed are methods of producing nutrient solutions having unique isotopic fingerprints; methods of producing traceable plants; and methods of identifying the source of a traceable plant that does not rely on expensive artificially separated isotopes. Plants grown with these nutrient solutions will have unique isotopic fingerprints that will be difficult or impossible to counterfeit.

POWDERY PLANT ACTIVATOR
The objective of the invention is to provide a plant activator having a resistance to the wash-off and a superior handleability, transportability and storage stability. A powdery plant activator comprising, at least one compound selected from an oxo fatty acid or a derivative or a salt thereof and a hydroxy fatty acid or a derivative or a salt thereof, and an unsaturated fatty acid (excluding an oxo fatty acid and a hydroxy fatty acid).
Isolated complex endophyte compositions and methods for improved plant traits
This invention relates to methods and materials for providing a benefit to a plant by associating the plant with a complex endophyte comprising a host fungus further comprising a component bacterium, including benefits to a plant derived from a seed or other plant element treated with a complex endophyte. For example, this invention provides purified complex endophytes, purified complex endophyte components such as bacteria or fungi, synthetic combinations comprising said complex endophytes and/or components, and methods of making and using the same.
METHOD FOR GROWING HERBS
A method for growing herbs includes planting a herb and allowing the herb to germinate, becoming a herb seedling and either transplanting to or maintaining the herb seedling in a restrictive container, where the herb seedling is held for a predetermined period of time before transplanting the herb seedling to a second stage, where the seedling is held in order to grow and develop a larger root system. Maintaining the herb seedling in a restrictive container has the effect that the herb's root system will be prevented from growing, in comparison to a herb planted in a nursery. The herb will essentially stop growing while the root system is restricted. Meanwhile the herb will continue maturing, developing oils which are more elastic. Herbs with more elastic oils will be significantly more resistant to cold temperatures at a harvesting size, compared to herbs that have not been transplanted to restrictive containers.
AGRICULTURAL SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR LETTUCE
A method is disclosed that includes growing romaine lettuce in a greenhouse using a hydroponic technique and using purified water. The romaine lettuce has a heart and outer leaves. The heart is separated from the outer leaves of the romaine lettuce. The outer leaves are packaged in a first container and the heart is packaged in a second container. The first container and the second container are separate from one another. The first container and the second container are transferred to a storage device of approximately 32 to 41 degrees F. The packaging the outer leaves and the heart, and the transferring the first container and the second container, occur in an environment of less than or equal to 41 degrees F. The method occurs in a single, environmentally-controlled facility.
METHOD FOR PRODUCING CONSUMER-READY VEGETABLES, MUSHROOMS OR HERBS IN A BOX
The present invention relates to a method for producing consumer-ready vegetables, mushrooms or herbs, involving a) culturing vegetables, mushrooms or herbs in a closed container under suitable growing conditions until maturity; and b) transferring the container with the mature ve-getable, mushrooms or herb to a retail outlet, wherein the vegetables, mushrooms or herbs are cultured in a container with a plant compartment for containing the vegetables, mushrooms or herbs and a separate water compartment for containing water and nutrients, wherein one of the two compartments is provided with means for allowing water and nutrients to enter the plant compartment while preventing contaminations and pathogens from entering the said plant compartment. Preventing contaminations is achieved a filter that is permeable to water and nutrients but impermeable to contaminations and pathogens, such as viruses, bacteria, fungi, protists or insects, preferably in the bottom of the plant compartment.
